- quick customer support response time

> **Inconvénients**: - the service does not remind you before a bill is coming up, no refund even when immediatly contacted

> Disappointed that the company is too greedy to refund a barely used subscription after I fell for the subscription trap, most other companies send a reminder a week before a large bill is due, they did not, after contacting them immediatly when the invoice came, no option for a refund.

Besides that the invoice creation steps are ok

> **Avantages**: I have been using the free version for a couple of years. Invoices can be customized to really look great visually but also to contain all the key info (commercial and legal). 
You can set up various payments methods including credit cards. Invoices can be sent by email (none of my invoices have ever be classified as spam by my clients), downloaded or sent by snail mail by Zervant (never tried this).
