Commentaires : Discuter avec des machines, n'avoir d'autre explication qu'en anglais et enfin.... se retrouver avec une facture de 400 euros prélevée sans accord... soit disant dans les conditions de vente jamais recues et en Anglais.Demande de remboursement demandée avant la fin de mon contrat mais deja prélevé et ils me remboursement une somme soit 131 euros mis à la poubelle pour aucun service !!!Je trouve cela inadmissible !Il serait regrettable qu'à la longue les procès ou la diffusion de tous ces cas sur les réseaux sociaux nuisent à votre site mais il n'est pas possible de discuter avec qui que ce soit. Je suis en attente de nouvelles....

Honestly I love everything about SITE123. I have used many website builders, including Squarespace and Wix. Site123 is the best website builder I have ever used.

Good website creation; no verification email.

Commentaires : Website was relatively easy to create, I had fun while doing it. There was a good special on a one year upgrade. Upon paying for the upgrade & my domain, I was told I'd receive an email with a verification link. This was on Thursday, 4 July 2024. While waiting for this email, I received the same email three times from Thursday to Saturday saying that there is 'Action Required' and I need to verify my domain by using the email they sent me with a verification link. I never received the email with a verification link. I've chatted with customer support a few times regarding this issue (since they're supposed to send the link within 24-72 hours) and they basically told me to be patient and they'll get someone to send it. It's now been 4 days in total and I'm still waiting on this email so I can verify my domain and have my website up and running properly. I was told it will be sent either Sunday or Monday, however I still get emails saying I need to verify my domain (without a verification link). Maybe once all is sorted, I can give a more positive review. I understand customer support is doing what they can, however I am upset that it's been over 72 hours and I still haven't received the email to verify and properly experience what I paid for.

Avantages :

Creating my website was easy, fun, and overall a good experience. There was a special to upgrade so as soon as I finished my design, I decided to go for the upgrade. All went well, and I published my site.

Inconvénients :

Takes long to send the email with verification link to verify your domain.

Commentaires : I worked with WIX for a long time but since I was looking into sports forms, I cam upon SITE123 and the rest is history. Very easy to work, great images and customer response and much more. This is the way to go with website design.

Avantages :

Easy and user friendly. Customer service was the best ever and quick.

Inconvénients :

On some new page additions, There needs to be an option where a sentence, word or paragraph can be underlined, bold, enlarge fonts, etc. Site123 doesn't allow this.

Good easy to learn and use Web development tool

Commentaires : I wanted to provide a way of assisting small businesses to get an affordable web presence when they believed it would be too expensive. The once I had created the initial site, show them how to take it on and proceed with very little input from me. Site123 is an ideal product to do this with and has proved very useful. The online training videos and documents are easy to understand and the online chat support is brilliant.

Avantages :

It is easy to get to grips with and a very affordable way to get small businesses or startup to get a website on Ecommerce store

It is slightly restrictive with its templates and some look a bit basic

Quick, out of the box site builder without needing any coding experience. Plenty of template options for a simple to slightly more robust website. Very good built-in application plug-ins.

Inconvénients :

Some templates are too inflexible (font size and placement). Some elements do not allow full formatting (adding links). Limited ability to more images around.

I found transferring my domain from my old hosts to Site123 a pain to be honest and having to pay upfront for the hosting package was a pain. A monthly payment would be a better option.

System offers almost everything straight "out of the box" a business needs to compete in any market. The simple but limited "building blocks" makes it easy to add information. Some settings can be a bit fiddly to use, as it's not really WYSIIWYG, but more of a back end setting. Once mastered though, any implementation of information is easy archived. Compared to f.i. WordPress, Site123 is much more intuitive and simple to set up and update. There are more competitive online web builders on the market today that offers better design features and even some that are more easy to use. But the selling point of Site123 is the coverage of built in solutions that only very few other builders are able to match. For small to medium sized businesses in the BtB market, I would recommend Site123 anytime. In the BtC market Site123 may fall short of being flexible enough to compete visually.

The system can be a bit visually limited, which can be particularly frustrating for designers designing for customers. Layout system lacks the flexibility that can differentiate a webpage from other sites in a competitive market. This on the other hand is also the strength of the builder, as none-designers safely can design something that is working just fine for their customers, just lacking that special touch.

Site123 staff are brilliant. Always there when you need them and never unwilling to. Believe me I have tested their patience.On the other hand there is plenty technical staff could do and make SITE123 stand out, Canva is a Company whom a lot can be learned from in that regard.All in all, this is my 4th year. my experience of SITE123 has been extremely good, and yes I would recommend them wholeheartedly

Inconvénients :

Not something I have had to consider. I get excellent support dqy and night, seven days a week, 365 days of the year with the exception of leap year when I get one day extra!

It has an amazing free plan feature which we can use as long as we want. It have easy to use interface. Any beginner can easily learn how to create and develop there own website from scratch using this tool. It have a huge range to pre-built templates which we can use easily. Also, it have great customer support!

Inconvénients :

In the starting it asks several question to us and it ends with a compulsory signup or login which I guess is not much appropriate as any newbie will not havr any idea like what exactly he/she needs to develop or create. Instead they should directly redirect to there dashboard and provide all this things over there in steps so we could get more idea while creating the website.

Well, I have to say that there is no problem at all, at least in my opinion, but maybe if you can provide more raw space to the users, it would be better. The raw space means mostly the structures that the user can customize, and somehow have what he wants on the site.

I like the ease of use to create your website, they have a nice looking page design that was easy to set up. If you're interested in signing up to this site, just wait for a discount to come. I didn't sign up right away and started getting 30-40% off sales from them every other week.

Inconvénients :

I was disappointed to realize that no matter what business I selected the same website template was given to me, just a different picture in the header. The layout was always the same, I later found that I could customize it further myself but really I had to dig to figure this out. So this sorta turned me off on the product the lack of website designs given.
