I'm a general contractor and my subs model in AutoCAD regularly so I can't post any subcontractor models in this system. The other odd thing is that all measurements are in metric as it's been developed in the EU. No need for special installation, setting up or learning course. That is why implementation in any project is very easy and the tool is actually being used, because people quickly understand how it works, see that it actually saves time and makes communication easier. Furthermore it always works fast on any device, when for example opening large drawings or 3D models. It also has a great customer support team, that is always ready to help. It also seems that they work hard to continuesly improve the product, as there are coming new updates and improvements, also keep up to date with latest trends, like using BIM and 3D Models. And finally the tool is being translated into many languages, recently it came in Lithuanian, which is a big advantage working in the Lithuanian market. > > **Inconvénients**: Works great, sorry, but hard to find any cons. The only thing I could think of could maybe be the price of the software, as it is not free, but we made a little research our selfs before selecting the tool and there were no cheaper alternatives to cover our companies needs on the market. > > The main benefit is saving a lot of time of making pictures and registrations, putting them in reports, sending them on emails, checking, sending reminders, keeping track and records. The tool also allows you to have all your drawings and model on site in your phone or tablet, no need to carry papers around. It improvs and simplifies communication with the contractors, where they get clear message where and what is not in order. And they also like it as it is clear what exactly needs to be fixed and where. Furthermore records of all correspondence is kept safely in case you need it in the future.
