Inconvénients :

Les taches intégrées apparaissent pas à temps et aussi la lenteur dans l'actualisation du temps.

Une application innovante pour le suivi du temps.

Commentaires : Globalement, mon expérience avec ClockShark a été positive. Même si j'ai rencontré quelques défis, les avantages qu'il offre l'emportent largement sur les inconvénients.

Avantages :

J'apprécie vraiment la simplicité d'utilisation de ClockShark. Sa fonction GPS m'a permis de suivre facilement le temps de mes employés, et j'adore le fait que tout soit mobile.

Inconvénients :

Cependant, j'ai rencontré quelques petits bugs lors de l'utilisation. Il m'a fallu un peu de temps pour m'adapter à toutes les fonctionnalités.

Très pratique.

La prise en main au départ est assez difficile

Commentaires : It is very useful, but workers might not take it that way, in my case there were some problems in the workplace because of the privacy issue. That is why it is essential to talk to them about the advantages of using it.

Avantages :

The most useful thing I find is to be able to measure the time employees spend each day. This way you do not generate non-compliance in their payments and avoid a bad working environment. It also makes it possible to manage simple activities performed by employees.

Inconvénients :

It is a software to be able to control the times to people with high positions or in small companies, since it cannot be applied in a large group of people because of the costs. It would be good to have a subscription plan for a group of 10 or 20 people.

30 Minute Break, or not?

Commentaires : Best program for both schedule and time clock. That's basically all I use it for, and time off of course

Avantages :

Inconvénients :

I feel its a bit expensive per year.The break time calculator is tough for my business. I'd like to see it individualized, per employee. So I can have the option of how to give the 30 min paid break

Great for clocking time

Avantages :

Easy to sign in and out for shift start and end time.

Inconvénients :

No notifications for when to clock out and in.

ClockShark Easiest for Payroll Beginners

Commentaires : ClockShark is one of the best apps I have ever used for time-keeping. I love that I was able to navigate the software on my own but when I did have questions, their help desk had easy & quick communication.

Avantages :

ClockShark is extremely user friendly! As a HR Manager/Payroll Specialist it makes my daily & weekly job a piece of cake!

Inconvénients :

I did not have any cons using ClockShark for the 2 years that I did use it.

Commentaires : Overall I have loved and not loved the program. When I need to get payroll done quickly it's great however, it has its flaws when calling its customer service team

A flexible Chart

Avantages :

It is like a Gantt Chart that I can constantly update. It makes sure that everyone is on the same page and working to the same time scale.

Inconvénients :

More color codes are needed on the tables as we have used them all up.

ClockShark has streamlined timekeeping for our clinic.

Avantages :

We chose ClockShark because of the ease of employees being able to access time clock from their own device, and also because the app monitors whether punches were missed and where punches occurred. This has made following up on discrepancies a timely and accurate process. Also, payroll no longer gets delayed due to failure to email time sheets to administrative staff.

Inconvénients :

Employees initially report that sometimes app did not acknowledge punches, but we suspect this has more to do with those employees not allowing access to location and data on their devices.

When you remove terminated employees, it still keeps their time off on the list with everybody else. Once they are removed, they need to be removed from everywhere.

Avantages :

I love the GPS, and reports that I am able to generate for payroll and allocating jobs for accounting and payroll purpose. We seem to get a more realistic number in cost per job.

Inconvénients :

sometimes GPS takes my staff to another country " Africa"

User friendly Time Tracking

I used the time track feature and liked it. The interface is significant so I was pleased about it.

Inconvénients :

I think it is way too expensive for Turkey. The features are not critical at all.

Commentaires : Overall ClockShark is a great starter time management application. Allows us to know how many hours, what project, geo-location, etc. for a great price.

Clockshark is great for tracking employees' time and location. It allows us to understand how much our employees will be paid bi-weekly. The app is great for our employees who are in remote locations frequently.

Inconvénients :

The app was very clunky at moments. Constant glitches, refreshes, and time not being recorded even though you clocked in.
