> **Avantages**: The customer support is excellent. They are fast, friendly and always helpful. Our main point of contact is \[sensitive content hidden\], and he is fantastic. There have been times that I have asked multiple questions in a day, and he is always patient and helpful.

> **Inconvénients**: It was just an adjustment, but the program itself is great. There were a few issues we had during our transition, but they were always handled quickly.
> 
> We have been very pleased overall with our experience. The team is wonderful to work with, and we have been able to organize and monitor more aspects of our business thanks to the program.

> **Avantages**: The POS system is extremely easy to use and helpful for how we do our front facing service. The ability to update our inventory and such makes it simple.

> **Inconvénients**: Sometimes it's clunky when it comes to reports and how to process and run those. Because there are hundreds of options, it's sometimes very difficult. That and every transaction prints a receipt. It would be nice to have an option not to print.

> I appreciate the staff with Veevart. They are always trying to ensure that their product works correctly and are helpful in solving the problems.

> **Inconvénients**: Implementation was difficult due to language barrier.  The sandbox cannot be refreshed with current live site data, which means you have to duplicate your efforts in order to use the sandbox for training purposes.
> 
> Post-implementation support is great and the system is providing us with robust, customizable options.

> **Avantages**: I love the data reporting, it very user friendly and Veevart customer service is excellent. It is also very easy to set up tickets, shop items and membership programs in the system as well.

> **Inconvénients**: Generating acknowledgement letters is somewhat difficult, I find it hard to locate and edit the letters that are there, and when I think I have the correct one, it's not. Notification emails breakdown are somewhat crazy looking for me, because I send quite a few and each membership program has its own line item, it would be nice if it can be condensed.

> I am very happy with Veevart, I am so glad we have this program. Like I said, The reporting is great customizing the dashboards is so helpful. And everyone there is so nice.
