Standard features are superior to competitors' offering. Product is in constant evolution. A standard way to add specific client information and use it in business rules that can be maintained by the client without jeopardizing upgrades. Client requests always become part of the standard product instead of starting parallel client versions. All clients are on the same platform and version. Implementation can be as quick as client connects to Urbantz standard APIs.
