> **Inconvénients**: The fact that you can't do large theater seating by dragging and dropping.  I wish Zkipster would also upload existing theaters that many groups use into their system instead of having to build theaters as a user.
> 
> I think Zkipster is really simple to use.  I wish though that you didn't have to upload different list for different groups of people and that you could upload one list and have it designate the different groups based on your affiliation.

> **Inconvénients**: I wish you could customize forms more, even just simple text/color options and I always have issues when it comes to couples. Often the salutation is Dear x and y but there isn’t a way to do it unless you add both names to the first name field.
> 
> Overall zkipster has made our life soooooo much easier and I love the platform. There are just a few updates I wish you’d make.
