> Overall, the service is great, the customer service team is brilliant, and I would recommend it to anyone who needs to simplify, automate and beautify reports to their clients. I particularly liked the potential in the SEO report as well, but I would welcome more integrations with software that I prefer to use.

> **Avantages**: Ease of reporting, it doesn't break. it's so quick to load. The templates that you can apply to multiple accounts that you manage. It's extremely easy to setup the Google ads connections so you not wrestling with it like with Looker Studio.

> **Inconvénients**: Sometimes its tricky to find a metric but this hasn't been to much of an issue
> 
> For an agency managing many accounts at once. It's been great to use Swydo. I have used Looker Studio, adalysis and others for reporting before but this is the easiest to template and set up reports quickly. I export very smart-looking PDF's which clients benefit from. It's easy to connect multiple different advertising platforms and put your own branding on it.

> Initially, I thought it was a good tool, but I was charged extra without any notice. When I tried to contact customer support, their response was basically, ‘Well, that’s just how it is.’ Be very careful with your credit card when dealing with this company.
