> **Avantages**: It's flexible and customizable for many simple situations. There is a lot of potential and they have made numerous upgrades. The best thing about them is they are easy to reach and fast to respond to any questions.

> **Inconvénients**: I would like to be able to graph/track wound sizes over time. For now, I copy and paste an excel chart into the notes. The photo system is geared for aesthetics, so the before and after photos are limited to that. I have to upload all my photos under documents.

> I have had very few problems, but when i do have problems, the staff is quick to help me find the solution. Quite often, the solution was already there on the "help" pages and I just didn't look in the right place.

> **Avantages**: This EMR is robust especially at this price point. I have found it relatively easy to use and when I needed help, there was a lot of support that was easy to access. I like the integrations with Fullscripts and various labs.

> **Inconvénients**: making changes to the supplement and medication lists . The learning curve was steep for me but I did not have a lot of experience setting up my own. The daily help sessions can be frustrating as they went to fast for me. However, I was always able to get the help I needed.

> I am happy with the product and the price is right for a small practice like mine. Customer service is outstanding.
