A huge plus is Bannerflow’s outstanding support team, who are always quick to assist, as well as their comprehensive support articles, which make troubleshooting and learning the platform much easier. > > **Inconvénients**: While Bannerflow is a great tool, there are still some key features that we feel are missing—especially when comparing it to some of their competitors. One of the most notable is adaptive streaming, which would greatly enhance the efficiency and performance of our digital creatives. Additionally, some aspects of the user interface could be improved. Certain workflows, particularly around asset management, feel somewhat inefficient and could benefit from a more intuitive and user-friendly design.
