We have to provide the phone / email of the customer, while importing the orders, instead being pulled from the Locations Data Base (already in Optimo Route). That information is used to notify the customers (delivery time notification and proof of delivery). 2. We can not delete any order on "live" (meaning the routes running in that same day), so we need to contact the driver and ask them to "reject" or "fail" the order, to avoid the cancelled orders to keep showing up in the route (impacting the distance and working hours). > > We are a delivery company, and since implementing OptimoRoute, we've seen a significant improvement in our operations.
