All signing, all dancing absence mangement tool

Commentaires : Excellent overall experience. We have been customer for 5+ years and intend to continue using them. They are a little pricey - but you get what you pay for!

Avantages :

Very easy to use as a Manager and User. Very flexible and can set up as many teams with all sorts of different rules. Great reports.

Inconvénients :

Sometimes doesn't automate simple things but this may be more my lack of technological no how!

Commentaires : Excellent - The customer support is great. The team listen to what customers want and implement these to support your company. Employees find it easy to use and love that it can be used on their mobiles. Being able to reach other platforms we use through the e-days is a really good feature so employee only have to go to one place.

Avantages :

The time submission feature is great we have been able to go paperless on timesheets since we had this feature added.

Inconvénients :

Alerts to sickness trigger points so we can be reminded when meetings need to take place

E-days review

Commentaires : Complex leave policy for APAC region and need a system to manually increase the leave entitlement. However, not requirement are able to meet.

Avantages :

E-days suitable for leave policy that doesn't have complicated leave rules.

Inconvénients :

Creating a template. The layout, such as entitlement pot.

Easy to manage once you get the grasp on

Commentaires : Overall the software is great and easy to use once you get a good understanding of it.

Avantages :

easy absences booking system; easy to add new users; variety of reports

Inconvénients :

logging recurring rota days (most times there is an issue with it and have to log out and back in for the system to recognise the change in team settings I make to be able to log these

Edays - forwarding thinking and flexible Absence Management system

Commentaires : Great product, user friendly whether an employee inputting absence, a line manger approving absence, creating reports or HR applying new rules, the system is totally adaptable to apply changes. For instance, the Queens state funeral with the additional BH on 19th Sept - even before the Edays team had sent a communication out on how to apply the additional day (which in itself is excellent customer service) - our HR team had already actioned this in Edays on the morning of the announcement - this is because the system is so intuitive to use and the team felt confident in applying the change.
Overall excellent product, excellent customer service who are always there at the end of the phone and we have an excellent relationship with Harry Warren, who is always at hand to talk through any issues.

Avantages :

The flexibility to adapt to local country nuances (such as Netherlands, Belgium, France, Hungary) these are very complex in their legislative requirements however working with Edays and the development team (shout out to Harry Warren) - we are all set up and are working brilliantly

Inconvénients :

Tenure rules and rolling absence tracking

Brilliant holiday and sickness management system

Commentaires : Nowadays we are faced with systems that are difficult to work out and take months to implement. What a refreshing difference you get with eDays - it is easy to set up and implement, easy to use, great view of all absences - individually and for all our employees. And the reporting functionality is superb. And really affordable. This is the second company where I am using eDays and I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Avantages :

Ease of use, useful app, easy request and approval process, quick view of holiday year and any absences, excellent reports!

Inconvénients :

Really tried hard to think about something and I could not find anything. Perhaps it would have to be an app, but as we work in an office environment - we are using the web link and no one has any problem with it.

Commentaires : Having the App to use is now a great benefit, and the reports are very easy to use

Avantages :

We moved to the new platform recently and the transition, implementation and the training was fantastic. It could not have been better. The Customer success Manager [sensitive content hidden] was on hand and so helpful and responsive. Training with Raj was simple and effective.

Inconvénients :

Ways around the emailing of self certification, as some users do not have access to Emails or phone during work to enable them to complete the RTW.

Great absence management tool

Commentaires : I use this daily to manage staff absences.
It is very easy and quick to use from both an employee and management perspective.

Avantages :

Easy to use for employee and employers Now better there is an app also to use Quick to use and navigates quickly between pages

Inconvénients :

That it doesn't go back through the years like the old system used to- you can only view last year, current year and next year.

Great System, Amazing Customer Service

Commentaires : Over as a business we have been happy using Edays. Would recommend for any business solely looking to track all absences, WFH and those who have multi-sites.

Avantages :

The system has a lot of built in features and add ons that can be added and customised by the user as and when needed.

Inconvénients :

The way in which to 'switch on' certain features isn't always done in the most obvious way, which is made up for by [sensitive content hidden] who will always give speedy responses to help out with functionalities

Commentaires : I can produce a very accurate account of staff movement and create reports with confidence, making my role more effective. I use e-days continuously throughout my working day and find that I gain more confidence the more I use it with the added support of the e-days team.

Avantages :

e-days gives accurate accounts of daily/weekly/annually of staff absence, whether planned or unplanned. It allows me as an Administrator the ability to add and/or remove information appropriately associated with our company. If there are any issues or users are unsure of entries or procedures, I can amend or support with ease. The Support team is always at hand by phone or email and has been an excellent service to me personally, adding greater confidence with the software and my daily usage.

Inconvénients :

Entering/amend new staff can be quite time consuming.

Commentaires : Absence Management is now clearly and consistently recorded which gives us the tools to manage this (we did not have this pre e-days).

Avantages :

Because it is an online tool, staff can access it easily from their phones. It keeps clear records and allows us to see patterns for absence at a glance.

Inconvénients :

Not always intuitive when something doesn't work but a quick email to support and this is usually rectified with clear instructions from the support team.

E-Days is a great absence management system

Lots of features available , user friendly and very good customer support.

Inconvénients :

There could be lots of improvements in terms of specific features to improve customer experience , but usually the customers recommendation join a roadmap to be delivered.

Commentaires : I admit that I am not the most savvy user when it comes to new technology. The team at Edays from day 1 were patient with the multiple questions, demonstrations, hand-holding to get me started and comfortable with the system. When the handover to the support team was done, again I had the same experience of responsiveness, clear assistance and friendly service.

Avantages :

This software is very user friendly and intuitive. The ability to easily record and track time and attendance is helpful

Inconvénients :

I do find the reporting function is not as intuitive. When trying to run a report for the first time it is sometime difficult to select the correct filters

Avantages :

Has saved so much time for Managers with time off approvals and tracking. Employees love it because its fast and easy to you. Has completely changed the way we manage absences. Highly recommend and the Project and Customer Service Teams are excellent

Commentaires : Found it easy to use and I believe managers also.

Avantages :

From my point of administrating the system I find it easy enough to navigate and quick to make fixes and find what I need. If I ever have a problem or something needs changing I cannot do [sensitive content hidden] our support is always quick to help.

Inconvénients :

There has been a few things it cannot do that would be useful to our business such as having more than one manager people able to fully manage a employee to the capacity they can both cancel training/holidays.

Use of e-days

Avantages :

This tool helps me to report time submission easily. This report is mandatory in my country Also I have the absences in reporting.

Inconvénients :

At first I did not like to raise a ticket on line because I like personal contact. Now I am happy with this anyway :-)

Alphaserve - E-days Review

Avantages :

E-days is simple and direct to use. It offers integration with Outlook, so I can see everyone's time off making it easy to track. The layout and features of the system is great as well.

Inconvénients :

I would prefer it if the reporting options can be more advanced as in having more fields/filters/custom report options - it feels a bit limited. Also, we can only pull last year, current year, or next year reports, and it doesn't allow us to look back at more than one year ago.

E-days Support review

Commentaires : Very professional, excellent set up service and initial demo of the system. all staff are helpful, the service team are prompt to answer the phone and generally can always assist on my first phone call and any issues I have had have been resolved same day.

Avantages :

Its easy to use, nice to view and simple.

Inconvénients :

I have no comments to make, there isn't anything I can think of that I dislike.
