> **Avantages**: It is the best way to book a camp where safety is the priority and their equipment is new, can be used well and does not fail, it is a platform that offers the opportunity to have this type of activities in a simpler way to manage, I have been able to enjoy a good camp without inconveniences

> **Inconvénients**: There are no problems in its management and nothing bad has ever happened to me to tell

> It is perfect in every way with a call center agent who is always willing to answer questions and be able to enjoy a safe camp

-The customer service is top notch. Any issue we've had was addressed and fixed promptly.

> **Inconvénients**: -We need to accept split payments, as some customers pay partial payments or with more than 1 type of payment. (For example, a current guest has paid us a partial of his due amount, but still owes a balance. We cannot put his payment in the system and that throws our reports off.)
-The payment transfer and payout schedules are confusing and difficult.

> Now that we have trained and used it a couple of months, we are happy with it. The initial start up was a little frustrating, as there seem to be too many steps for certain things we need to do within the system. IE: the setup of a long-term reservation that is not arriving on the 1st of a month, we have start the reservation for the 1st of the next month, then change the arrival date to the correct one.
