> **Inconvénients**: Our version was an old version of the system and unfortunately we could not afford to update it. It would be good if old customers were able to keep the software and able to afford newer versions

> Easy to use, user friendly, great support system. Very easy to train new users. Interface easy to follow too.

> **Avantages**: The best feature with this system is the Sun Q\&A Excel feature that enables users to work directly in Excel for reporting puroposed rather than connecting to Sun. Easy for GL Account inquiries or AP vendor inquiries.

> **Inconvénients**: Sun itself is really bad-looking. The user interface is truly poorly designed, the system is rather slow and posting entries is really old-school.
> 
> If you want to try an accounting system from the 80's, then use Sun. If you want something more modern, turn to SAP...
