They have built this app one goal in mind - keep it simple. It is straightforward to send outbound mass email campaigns. I like the outreach wizard, which is very intuitive to use for business users. MassMailer has a clean way to support the drip campaigns and workflow email alerts via the process builder. It makes it easy to execute any other workflow processes alongside. You can track the email events such as opens, clicks, unsubscribes, and also capture the email statistics.
