Their system just works — no weird quirks, no random delays, no headaches. The network is solid and consistent, which is the biggest thing I look for with any outbound email provider, and they nail it. Their dashboard/portal is probably one of the cleanest and easiest I’ve used. You don’t have to dig through ten layers of menus just to find what you need. Everything is laid out in a way that makes sense, and you can tell they actually thought about the user experience instead of just throwing features at you. Support is top-notch. Every time I’ve reached out, they’ve responded fast and with actual helpful info — not canned replies or copy/paste answers. You can tell their team knows what they’re doing and takes pride in it. As for security, they have that locked down. It is well worth the money. Overall, SMTP2GO has been a rock-solid addition to my stack.
