Commentaires : Dans l'ensemble, BigMarker est l'un des meilleurs logiciels pour apporter plus de valeur dans les évènements virtuels, les webinaire et les formations à distance grâce à faciliter d'utilisation et ses fonctionnalités . J'ai énormément apprécié ce logiciel et très cohérent et sécurisé pour héberger des réunions individuelle

Commentaires : I have used BigMarker as a lead generation device and it works well. - I need to use it more!

Avantages :

I was most impressed with the cost of BigMarker as opposed to other solutions out there. Besides the price, I like the call to action button that I can turn on in the webinar when I am pitching.

Inconvénients :

The virtual background is not as good as it could be. I have a good greenscreen and studio lighting so I can get away with it okay. But if the lighting isn't good it doesn't look great.

Commentaires : Very good! I really don't have any complaints based on my own usage. It's a really smart tool that makes hosting virtual events fairly painless.

Avantages :

BigMarker just makes sense. It's not hard to get started and set up, while several other webinar platforms are a bit convoluted. There are a lot of great features in terms of the full management of a webinar's lifecycle: the ability to easily set up a sign up page, email automations, and so on. I love that your initial landing page link can also be used to share a webinar replay if you decide to record it. You can integrate BigMarker with other tools using Zapier and other built-in integrations. I like that you can also create evergreen webinars that don't ever have to premiere as a live event if you don't want them to! It's also worth noting that their support is very responsive and helpful with every query I've thrown their way.

Inconvénients :

Some of the cohosts of my webinars have reported issues using the interface when we're going live together. I can't say that I've necessarily had the same experience but it's definitely worth noting since the best tools have the least friction for those who aren't as familiar with the tool as the administrator.

Unfortunately looking for another webinar platform

Commentaires : It's a mixed bag. I like that they are making improvements but my biggest issue is the user experience with microphones and sadly there has been no fix for that. I wish there was an option to click somewhere and see what attendees are seeing, which would be helpful when you're trying to coach them through the process of turning on their microphones. If it weren't for the microphone problem I probably wouldn't be looking elsewhere.

Avantages :

We've used BigMarker for more than a year. After trying out several options, I was directed to go with the cheapest. I believe the price has gone up since then. I know that they must be continually working on it because I keep seeing more features added, such as automatically muting my microphone when the video plays. They are pretty quick about getting back with me when I have questions (although it doesn't always resolve an issue). I do like the recording feature, especially since they have added the ability to trim the video right on the website. I also like that you can download the recorded video of the webinar.

Inconvénients :

We do webinars monthly, usually more often than that. Setting up a webinar is frustrating because several options are offered without explanation of what each option entails. Worst is the attendee experience. I put the mic icon + instructions on our presentation's first slide, but attendees always have problems finding it and we waste several minutes trying to do so, even with a dedicated web person at the controls. Also last time I was presenting at home, with another person presenting from the office. I realized when viewing the video that when my connection dropped, the webinar stalled. Also attendees had to figure out how to turn off webcast mode (I had not set up the webinar to be in webcast mode so I was surprised this was necessary) before being able to turn their microphones on and then there was such an enormous echo that no one could understand each other. This is problematic because we do a lot of custom solutions and I really wanted to hear from the customers about what problems they needed to solve. The chat feature works nicely but not everyone wants to type. In contrast, we use Slack internally and you can easily turn on your mic or other features. When I contacted customer support, they did get back with me fairly quickly but didn't really address the problem to my satisfaction. When I sent another email, they just cut and pasted the response from the first email, so it was frustrating, especially because I have found their responses helpful in the past.

Commentaires : It is a great product that allowed us to scale our private education business significantly.

Avantages :

We love the assured delivery and quality of the service! Their customer support is also always prompt, patient, and helpful.

Inconvénients :

Camera views to students may lag sometimes, but the audio remains smooth throughout. But there could be other issues with users' internet connection speed too.

BigMarker is a Value Packed Webinar Software that Has Outstanding Potential

Commentaires : I was introduced to BigMarker through a Facebook group that was lucky enough to be able to talk about the software and company with its owner and developer. That early introduction and subsequent training sessions and contact with the team have given me a high opinion of not only the platform but the people behind the platform. I'm looking forward to using BigMarker more in the future as it has so much potential.

Avantages :

BigMarker is well-designed and intuitive; making it simple and pleasurable to use. I love the potential of the product. Not only can you have one-off webinars or use the platform for simple video conferencing rooms but you can also create channels and series of multiple webinars; giving the potential of multiple revenue streams. With the automated features it also means that after initial set up there is very little ongoing maintenance saving time and effort.

Inconvénients :

I really can't think of anything that was difficult about BigMarker. When I set up my first room for video calls I do remember being a little unsure of how it would all work but that was down to me not having used video calls previously rather than any problem with the software. If I'm being really picky I think it might be nice to have a native Google Calendar integration rather than having to use Zapier, but as new features seem to be added every few days I wouldn't be surprised if it gets added while I'm writing this review!!

Commentaires : Overall very happy with the platform. Use it for recordings (for virtual summits) and webinars/webinar series. Straight forward to use and good recordings.

Avantages :

Straight forward webinar and webinar series set up with many customizable options. Good quality audio and video recordings as well as live chat for interactive back channel discussions and Q&A. Good price/quality ratio.

Inconvénients :

Some platforms offer completely customizable landing pages and more, but it really depends on how much customization you need and are willing to invest in. Otherwise, no real issues.

Good webinar and meeting platform

Avantages :

This is an established platform used in many business and universities. You can brand your webinars and events. There is good support, constant improvement, and no software to download. Update: Two years later and I would still recommend.

Inconvénients :

Compared to competitors, platform is less intuitive/user friendly. Support is helpful.I'm still learning features.

It is a all in one , in one app we have Webinar's, Streaming, Events and meetings. It has the most functions on any other app I have used and one of the most reliable. The Evergreen webinars are one of the best ways to get leads automatically.Also the updates keep coming

Inconvénients :

none actually , but if I were to be picky , the huge amount of features take a bit of time to be utilised to their full potential - though they have good support and help articlies.

BigMarker Is Incredible!

Avantages :

BigMarker was super helpful during the pandemic to be able to host my meetings and webinars! It allowed me to streamline the process!

Inconvénients :

There was nothing I didn't like about BigMarker. Just make sure you use strong internet connection.

Commentaires : BigMarker offers an all-in-one solution for hosting webinars. It's been extremely reliable and easy to use.

Avantages :

Analytics and integrations with other software. Requires no downloads or plugins for attendees, which makes it easy to use for brand new users that you have not onboarded yet.

Inconvénients :

It's pricey for solo businesses or small businesses. The ROI is great but the cost to get started is higher than some other options.

Commentaires : We use multiple Bigmarker Channels for our businesses and brands. The support is excellent and the service is very reliable, we have hosted up to just under 1000 on a event.

Avantages :

Everything, from webinar creation, to meeting organisation, recordings, administration, screen sharing, presentation and video sharing, popups, handouts, surveys, it is a full package with excellent support.

Inconvénients :

The only con we see is there is no pointer, you can draw on the screen but no pointer for presentations. We hope this will be provided in the future.

Commentaires : I wanted to make an online course but didn't know where to start. With Bigmarker, I was able to create a professional online course with amazing webinars in a matter of minutes. I didn't have to hire anyone or learn any complicated software. It was so easy and affordable, I was able to create a second course in just a couple of days!

Avantages :

This tool is one of the most advanced and well-designed tools for creating webinars that I've ever come across. The platform itself is easy to use and you can create amazing Webinar without any previous video experience. The best part is that Bigmarker is constantly updating and evolving their tools to help you create even better webinars. I really love the way it makes my webinars look professional, and I love that it has a focus on the users and on improving the webinar experience.

Inconvénients :

Bigmarker has an intuitive interface, but when you start you can get lost, as it has many functions, and many features that take some time to get used to, but when you get familiar it is very easy to create webinars, it has options to create templates, which facilitates the work.

Flexible, browser-based, mobile friendly webinar and virtual summit platform!

Avantages :

Bigmarker's browser-based, mobile-friendly approach made it super easy for my virtual event's participants to join from all over the world, even enabling chat with the speaker via SMS when the speaker's weren't able to bet at a computer while their talks were streaming.

Inconvénients :

Some of our recordings were occasionally a little choppy, or slightly out of sync. I've observed that this has improved since our last summit.

The Webinar Platform - Which Just Keeps Getting Better! 😊

Commentaires : The founder of BigMarker cares. You can tell that the quality begins with his vision and it flows throughout the service and support. I feel fortunate to have this increasingly powerful tool in my arsenal.

Avantages :

- Onboarding and a great User Interface make this a very easy to use webinar tool. The interface is intuitive, and though powerful it still is very clear how to perform the task of setting up and running a webinar. - BigMarker is entirely web-based, so nothing for the attendees to download or install prior to showing up and attending a webinar. - Constantly updated. I'm always surprised how powerful features are continually rolled out. - Ability to stream to other platforms including social media platforms such as Facebook and others. - Amazing, competent and knowledgeable support.

Inconvénients :

I've been a customer of BigMarker for about 3 years. In that time they have always rolled out many new features. With any SaaS based service there are bound to be some hiccups along the way of new feature introduction. Support always works to resolve these quickly and with the least impact on the user.

BigMarker has been a godsend for hosting live events and repurposing them for on-demand training.

Commentaires : My overall experience has been very positive.

BigMarker is a one-stop shop... they track all registrations, I can schedule (and customize) all confirmation and reminder emails, and they automatically sync with my email marketing platform. As a small business owner with limited marketing expertise, I get all the bells and whistles that help me create really professional webinars. I love that I can create so many different events: stand-alone events, on-demand replays, automated events that run as if they are live, and even a sequenced series that is designed for sales. Regardless of what I choose, it's easy to set up and execute. Their support team is great too!

Inconvénients :

My only complaint so far is that I can't segment the audience by the amount of time they watched or attended. I'd love to be able to do this so I can customize my emails at a deeper level. Otherwise, I've been happy with the platform.
