Commentaires : Je vous le recommande, il est assez difficile d'être déçu par ce logiciel.

Avantages :

Une appli simple à utiliser et pratique pour automatiser certaines taches. Pour ceux qui recrutent assez souvent le logiciel est très utile pour gérer toutes ce qui est relative aux ressources humaines grâce à des fonctionnalités intéressantes.

Inconvénients :

Pour ma part, il est assez difficile de trouver des défauts à cette application mais seulement souligner le fait qu'il pourrait être plus utile s'il était possible d'intégrer plus d'applications ou de logiciels. Néanmoins, concernant la tache pour laquelle il est créé, il est top.

Une solution adaptée aux entreprises

Avantages :

Outil de travail très efficace et facile d'utilisation, Factorial est un excellent logiciel qui me permet de gérer des ressources humaines. Très sécurisé et créatif, il m'a permis la gestion du temps et de travailler à distance. Nous en avons tous besoin en tant qu'entreprise.

Inconvénients :

En dehors du manque de certaines fonctionnalités dans les modules de gestion des absences et plannings, Factorial présente un coût d'abonnement élevé. A revoir pour le meilleur de tous.

Gérer facilement son activité

Avantages :

Factorial est réellement un outil qui est fait pour faciliter la gestion d'activité, comme pour un indépendant de mon genre. Il est complètement en Français, ce qui est pratique. En quelques clics, vous avez tout ce dont vous avez besoin sur l'interface.

Inconvénients :

Mais, il est vrai que le service client de ce logiciel met un peu de temps à répondre.

Factorial une logiciel simple à utiliser, dématérialisé et pratique autant pour l'employeur que l'employer. Je le trouve bien organisé et parfait.

Bon le début de l'utilisation m'a été un peu difficile mais avec le temps ça été facile car c'est très complexe

One aspect that I think could be improved is the integration with other tools and systems. While it does offer some integrations with third-party software, I wish there were more options available. Commentaires : As of now, the Factorial Application is running smoothly and meeting all desired expectations in my business unit. Staff is much pleased with the software as they no longer need to visit my office to submit their leave forms physically as the application enables them to request these through the system. Likewise, never missed my tasks and not had any arguments with my subordinates with regard to their day-offs. All the above achievements emerged thanks to Factorial Software. You will never regret owning this software because this will help to save your human assets in the company.

Avantages :

One of the best aspects of the Factorial app is its handy Dashboard. This provides a great helicopter view to senior staff with regard to identifying many activities such as upcoming events, pending tasks, upcoming holidays, and community posts. The Dashboard is in blocked shape with enlarged text, which helps users to quickly capture the eyes of the user without missing any activity! Furthermore, the users can easily install many user-friendly applications that integrate with Factorial through a few clicks. Some of the great features you can enjoy using these apps are Goals, reviews, surveys, training and etc. Another superb plus point is users can integrate the mailboxes, including outlook. If somebody thinks this is an exaggeration; I must tell you that you should try their free version before purchasing this! You will surely be mesmerized by your output!

So far, I did not experience any issues, since I have been using limited features yet but there are many other areas to capitalize on. There are abundant capabilities this App has but I am yet to experience any misbehaves of this app. In a nutshell, there are literally zero issues for me as of now!

Factorial for Web Developers

Avantages :

The interface is very simple and minimalist and easy to use. Best way to check in and keep track of time if you work from home. The process of absence management is also easy.

Inconvénients :

Many times the servers go down and you can't start the timer of work until it's fixed. Also, at the end of the month, the extra hours or minutes you have worked don't accumulate in the next month.

They have changed the pricing on us 4 times increasing each time and now and want us to now double AGAIN

Commentaires : It's helping us cut down on administrative tasks, applicant tracking systems (ATS) are reducing the amount of paper involved in the recruitment process, and now that analytics are here, we should be able to make more informed hiring decisions. We really appreciate the surveys and the simplicity with which we can now launch satisfaction surveys or evaluations.

Avantages :

I appreciate the freshness and cleanliness. Very user-friendly, and can be tweaked to a considerable extent by our administrators. In my opinion, it is an excellent system for growing businesses to implement.

Inconvénients :

The platform is constantly getting better, so this isn't really a complaint, but when there are sudden, significant changes, the user has little choice but to adopt them or disable them.

Easy to use, nice user interface

Commentaires : It has only been a short period but so far the service has been excellent and we are happy with the product in general. It is still quite simple and some complexity needs to be added regarding historical data and the employee journey but this feedback has been shared and is being actioned.

Avantages :

The day-to-day operational features are easy for users and administrators. Eg. clock-in, time off, employee directory, org chart, viewing and sharing documents, announcements, etc.

Inconvénients :

The product is still in its early stages. It needs more depth regarding employee historical data (eg. changes of position and manager). The reporting could be a bit more automated but the Customer Success team has been very useful to guide regarding any doubts.

Very happy with the functionalities we need

Avantages :

We use Factorial for Time tracking holiday compensation & tracking Team availability & holiday schedules Office information Those features we are using are working very well and are very easy to use, as an end-user but also on the administration part. Using a cloud-based solution is definitively the best approach.

Inconvénients :

We have seen some periods where the application was out-of -service We need to be able to add hours of holidays (for compensation of extra-hours) and the product is limiting us to half-days

The only HR app you need

Avantages :

Factorial is a one-stop solution for all things HR. As a user, everything from my daily time-tracking to receiving payslips is handled on the platform. Our company uses factorial a lot. I love the Calendar View where I can see who in the team would be on leave during the month. It enables me to plan things ahead without having to make tens of emails. We also use it during quarterly reviews where we can fill out surveys, put our reviews for 360 feedback etc. If I need any document I don't need to look any further than the platform because all my documents are on this platform.

Inconvénients :

So far I haven't come across any major issues. I do see that the app might not be able to offer more once a company starts scaling but it is not a con for me at the moment.

It is so easy to use. Even when an employee forgets to clock in and out, it is one login and a quick fix.

Inconvénients :

Getting to some of the employee information is kind of like looking for an Easter egg. Once, located it is easy to go back to though.

Commentaires : Utilizamos FactorialHR sobretodo para el control de vacaciones, fichajes y firma de documentación con empleados y estamos en estudio para la implementación de gastos que ofrece para liberar el único proceso interno que nos queda en papel.

Avantages :

La herramienta es muy fácil de utilizar. No se requieren grandes conocimientos de IT para desplegarla y, sobre todo, a nivel de usuario es muy intuitiva por lo que cualquiera puede utilizarla. Su constante evolución y mejoras que van incorporando, ayuda bastante en la gestión del día día. Independientemente del plan que se tenga, escuchan las necesidades de sus clientes para mejorar e implementar nuevas funcionalidades.

Inconvénients :

El sistema de fichaje aun le falta alguna mejora, como notificaciones tanto por correo como por app en inicio de jornada laboral en un rango horario y notificación en la final de horario. El los útlimos meses hemos detectado varias caídas, si que es cierto que no es una app core de negocio pero sí que los usuarios se molestan de vez en cuando. La gestión de incidencias es un poco caótico puesto que a veces recibo primero la respuesta del técnico y horas más tarde un correo de apertura del caso con lo que presta a confusión ya veces no sabes si has abierto el ticket hasta que te responden. Eso sí, son muy rápidos en dar respuesta por lo que realmente es más una apunte que una queja.

Excelente software para RRHH

Commentaires : Excelente desde el momento en que te pones en contacto hasta que finalmente se implanta el software. Es un producto redondo desde el inicio. Excelente grupo de personas y atención de 10.

Avantages :

La parte más interesante para nosotros ha sido la parte de informes. Muy bien trabajados y con capacidad de hacer modelos ad hoc

Inconvénients :

Tiene todo lo que nosotros consideramos necesario para el departamento. Llevamos también poco tiempo, hasta ahora todo correcto.

Recomendable por la centralización de la información

Commentaires : Es más fácil gestionar la información (saber quién está fuera, tener acceso a las nóminas).

Avantages :

La centralización de la información, la gestión de las vacaciones. Es bastante intuitivo para los usuarios (como admin alguna vez he tenido problemas).

Inconvénients :

Al final el software es el canal de comunicación, por lo que los procesos siguen teniendo los mismos timinigs que si trabajásemos con una gestoría. Por otro lado, normalmente tengo que revisar tanto los contratos como las nóminas, ya que ha habido errores varias veces.

Commentaires : É uma plataforma que nos ajuda muito no comprtilhemnto de informações, controle de frequência, viagens, gestão de documentos, tarefas, vários tipos de ausência e dentre outras funcionalidades.

Os relatórios achei um pouco confuso, havia sugerido uma melhoria na comunidade.

Bastante completo para la gestión de los recursos humanos

Avantages :

Lo fácil e intuitivo que es de manejar, además de una interfaz muy amena y una aplicación móvil muy completa. Nos hemos cambiado para tener todo en un único programa.

Inconvénients :

No hay nada que me disguste. Está muy completo. Creemos que ha sido un acierto la implantación que hemos hecho.

Nos ha cambiado la vida!

Commentaires : Sobre todo es un ahorro de tiempo y una optimización de los procesos. Por ejemplo con la firma de las nóminas, que nosotros necesitamos para la justificación de subvenciones, hemos ahorrado tiempo y recursos. También con la firma de los contratos, el que una persona pueda rellenar sus propios datos al incorporarse o al cambiar los datos, también hace que se produzcan menos errores.

Avantages :

Lo mejor es lo intuitivo que es la herramienta. Ha sido muy bien aceptada por todas las colaboradoras y estamos viendo que es un gran ahorro de tiempo en los procesos y en la gestión administrativa de los recursos humanos, que al ser una fundación en crecimiento, cada vez se complicaba más

Inconvénients :

De momento no echo nada en falta, cubre todas nuestras expectativas de sobra. Y todos nuestros procesos relacionados con los recursos humanos están integrados en la herramienta.

Automatización, transparencia y consenso

Commentaires : Estamos muy satisfechos con la solución, gusta por igual a gestores como a usuarios, en ambos lados los procesos son muy sencillos y transparentes.

Avantages :

La complicada gestión de ausencias, turnos, vacaciones, calendarios se convierten en procesos muy sencillos, tanto para el departamento de RRHH, responsables de departamento y los propios trabajadores. Gestión siempre simple y adaptable a la forma de trabajar de la empresa. La gestión de múltiples oficinas con distintos calendarios es sencillísima. Con muy poco esfuerzo de configuración la solución es operativa de forma casi inmediata.

Inconvénients :

Con el tiempo se han ido añadiendo funcionalidades para permitir una mayor granularidad en las ausencias, no siempre nos sirve un dia entero o medio dia, puede interesar gestionar por horas. También nos hemos encontrado con la necesidad de crear permisos de paternidad/maternidad que se disfrutan a media jornada, no hay una forma de crearlos en bloque, así que acabamos marcando como ausencia a día completo. Sería también interesante poder mostrar las solicitudes no aprobadas en el calendario de grupo de cara a poder coordinar peticiones de vacaciones en un equipo donde es necesario evitar que se solapen. Acabamos haciendo la gestión de no concurrencia de forma "manual" previamente fuera de la aplicación.
