It is a streamlined way to expand your reach and increase your audience.  The program works fluidly and at an extremely balanced \&amp; fair rate that allows for maximum use.  I love this product\!

> **Inconvénients**: There are some projects that demand more dynamic programming, specifically display logic, but the beauty of this software is that if any issues do present themselves, the team is very quick to problem solve and provide solutions.

> **Inconvénients**: User Interviews needs to do a better job of monitoring and punishing scammer behavior by researchers on its platform. The researchers on the platform use "application surveys" to gather valuable yet remunerated feedback from users. These researchers also tend to refuse payment to users for vague and unfounded reasons, after users submit their feedback. User Interviews can be fantastic but as long as researchers like this are allowed to abuse the platform, the company will decline in user trust.

> Overall, it wasn't worth it to take on the participant opportunity at User Interviews.

> **Inconvénients**: Sometimes the listed tasks approve me but then reveal to be applicable. A recent example was where I passed the prequalifying survey, but the actual task questions were not compatible with my technology. It was frustrating.

> Overall, User Interviews has been very rewarding. I have been an active user for many years and appreciate how much I have been able to earn from simply providing my opinions in reasonable amounts of time obligated for doing so.
