Avantages :
Simplicity and customer service, we have deployed the service without no problem just in few hours.
Inconvénients :
Pricing is a bit high, it is quite impossible for an annual subscription (if you are in social sphere)

Commentaires : Easy to use and no extra effor. The customer service is super. But make sure to make available other option (sms, voice, feedback...)
Avantages :
Customer service is available and open to solve issue when extremely needed
Inconvénients :
No human voice number caller , no french translation, additionals are features a overcharged.
QMS
Commentaires : i feel the app need updates as and when, to fix the bug issues
Avantages :
I like abt QMS, is the way the app set up for easy to use.
Inconvénients :
sometime JAM, and cannot print via the printer soetting, and sometimes lost of connection. but able to rectrify

The Qwaiting's functionalities and value
Commentaires : Overall, we are solving the redundant processes of our daily operations with Qwaiting by making accurate and advised decisions in the business from the reports and monitoring that it provides.
Avantages :
The feature I liked the most regarding Qwaiting is the integrations between the company Health Information System's booking appointments that decreases wait time patients to get attended by the customer service.
Inconvénients :
With a system such as Qwaiting there is not much to hate. But the only feature to improve would be the access control of users that require more tweaking.

Efficient Hospital process
Commentaires : Efficiency in terms of managing patients queue

Support follow up and its efficiency in controlling a Queue
Inconvénients :
Please work on the VIP/Emergency token where by when VIP or Emergency patients are pushed they can skip the Queu and be a priorityAnd also if a patient gets lost any department can activate the same token and He/she continues with it since hospital is big

Simple Queue Management Solution
Avantages :
I sincereley like the ease of deployment. There was no need to buy additional hardware before getting the solution up and running.
Inconvénients :
Somoetimes accessing from my location can be very slow even with good internet, Kinly improve this.
User friendly queueing system!

This is user-friendly and easier to go over.
Inconvénients :
May the printing set up for the ticket can still be improved on.
