I even jumped onto the Discord in hopes to talk to someone quicker, a lot of the questions go unanswered as like they just don't care. I'm quite content taking my and my clients business elsewhere. With MapBox, I can easily monitor key metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve my project's performance. > > **Inconvénients**: The negative point of Mapbox is that if you have to use the Static Tiles API for example, the costs are quite prohibitive compared to the competitors, so this would be the only point of attention regarding the price.The big problem with Mapbox is the support, even if you are a big customer and you have a big monthly expense the support is very precarious and slow. It literally takes weeks or months to get the first response to your ticket. They don't make it clear that Support is "not included" and that to get faster service you need to purchase an extra support plan.The cheapest support plan costs 50 usd and this only guarantees you that the first response will be within 3 days.
