> **Avantages**: Using Rippling as a Dialogue employee has been a really smooth experience. The platform is easy to navigate, everything is laid out clearly, and it makes routine HR tasks feel quick and uncomplicated. Whether it is checking documents, accessing payroll information, or managing personal details, the process feels intuitive and efficient. It does what you need it to do without creating confusion or extra steps, which I really appreciate. As a Mental Health Case Manager, my workdays can be busy and unpredictable, so having an HR system that is simple and reliable helps a lot. It makes it easy to quickly find what I need without interrupting my workflow. Overall, it is a simple, reliable HR tool that makes the employee side of things feel much more organized.

> **Inconvénients**: One minor downside is that some features can take a little time to find at first, especially things like PTO details or less frequently used settings. I would also mention, in the same regard, that the mobile experience could be a bit more robust. Nothing major, but there is a slight learning curve when you are not using every part of the platform regularly. In my case and my role, I mostly use Rippling for practical HR tasks rather than constantly being in the system, so sometimes I need an extra moment to remember where something is located. That said, once I find what I need, it usually works well.Overall, it has not taken away from the experience for me, but there is definitely a bit of room to make navigation even more intuitive.

Having everything in one place makes a big difference.&#10;&#10;The interface is very clear and simple to navigate, so I can quickly find things like tax documents or salary information without needing to ask HR. For employees, it really simplifies a lot of the administrative side of work.

> **Avantages**: Reliable, with minor glitches, but with outstanding support team that is responsive and helpful in most of the time\! The Spend management module has made a real difference in employee reimbursement for us. It saves time for me not to chase others for receipt uploads, makes the approval workflow easy and quick. Minor UI inconveniences, I would love to have the ability to sort the existing records by my preferred fields, this will need to be improved.

> **Inconvénients**: specifically for Spend management  I think UI needs improvement. The filters are not flexible. I would much prefer to be able to filter by (paid / unpaid), or date and name - the only way you can currently sort by name keeps popping you to all expenses screen after each receipt view, this is time consuming and a bit annoying especially if you have too many expenses and employees to go through... I hope this is on their roadmap to be made more flexible.

There have been a couple of times that their improvements have affected certain areas that they were not improving, by making those glitch (as software sometimes does), but again they have been wonderful helping fix those, so I still think they are worth the $.

The support from the implementation team to get the product up and running, walking us through it helped with the overall successful launch. Many things on the payroll side of things were able to be automated such as benefits which lessened the manual work.

> **Inconvénients**: There is nothing I could add here. Some of the short falls they are working on from a solutions standpoint. Nothing is a NO they take feedback and try to fix things.
> 
> Going through 3 diff providers in 4 years, rippling has been the easiest to work through and implement.

> **Inconvénients**: Sales pitch is great. Implementation is good. But after that, the actual service quality and support efficency does not match high price tag.

> Data integrity error. Rippling has made many mistakes in processing year-end reports, including employee W2s and form 940. Their support is not hands on to dive-in and fix the problem. Even after aknowledged the problem, they gone pass the deadline, still can not correct the W2 error. AI is great at answering questions, but no one is fixing problems.
