With EGrAMS we have been able to convert over 200 grant programs from our manual (paper processing) to electronic processing. Using EGrAMS our Department can customize grant programs to meet all Federal and State requirements, along with our ability to enforce Department business rules with easy configuration. EGrAMS allows for easy customization and configurability of Emails / Forms / Templates / Agreements. Since EGrAMS generates an Agreement (Contract) this has reduced the agreement review time in half. Analyst can focus more on grantee content of the agreement, instead of re-reviewing standard agreement language for changes.
