Avantages :

Keeping me organized is a challenge and a necessary evil. I work for 8 different companies and have my own business. All of it needs organized quick, easy, and in a visually recognizable way. Drag does all of that ane more. Dragging cards/information from one place to another without having to learn lots of steps and organizing my inbox in a visual way has helped my organization.

Inconvénients :

It doesn't have all of the integrations I would like (yet), so I can't use it to my personal maximum choice of integration with other software I use daily.

Avantages :

Drag has had a huge impact on mine and the teams' daily activity. It has meant we can remove tools which were contributing to a hefty sales stack and we will now use Drag and it's features to manage: - Sales - Customer Support - Project Management As fantastic as the product is, a big big win for me has been how responsive the team is. Not once have I experienced Customer Support like I do with Drag.

Inconvénients :

No big complaints from me. The team works hard to resolve any bugs and communicate this with me as a user.

Unethical Practice

Avantages :

The software itself was ok but ultimately I decided not to carry on with it.

Inconvénients :

Buyers beware. My initial purchase was for a year upfront. After a few months I stopped using the software.... all fine. I did the trial, and thought I could get some use from it. Unfortunately that wasn't the case so I was not minded to renew. 12 months down and I get an email stating I have subscribed for another year with invoice details. Obviously I did not want this to happen, and what with watching my events business go up in flames thanks to Covid and all the implications that brings, the renewal date had sailed passed me. As soon as I got the email, I got in touch with support for a refund on the product as its no longer needed. Sadly, they have taken the money and are refusing a refund. No remorse, no sympathy. Utterly reprehensible.

So far it has been very easy to use and lets me see everything I have coming up.

Commentaires : Organization of my never ending inbox, and the ability to keep messages near the top, even though I'm not ready to review the information yet.

Avantages :

I have emails that I need to keep unread in my inbox until I am ready to review the information. Sometimes takes up to a week so having multiple columns to organize the different subjects has been great. This way the emails I need don't get pushed down the list and forgotten.

Inconvénients :

It does take a little longer to load than without. I am also using another extension inside Gmail so using both is likely causing some minor speed issues. Once I have it open it doesn't seem to affect it too much however, and I tend to leave my email open all day so not overly worried about it.

Bad product and terrible customer service

Commentaires : A service of average quality compared to its competitors, a dysfunctional integration with Gmail on Mobile, and above all catastrophic commercial practices that border on the legal...

Avantages :

The promise is seductive, but there are a lot of usage bugs with Gmail, and administration isn't easy. Worst of all, the responsiveness is catastrophic, making it almost impossible to use on my mobile.

Inconvénients :

Few features really work at 100%, and responsiveness is very poor. But above all, the sales practices are very dubious, as we wished to cancel our annual subscription at the time of the transaction and here's their response: "We can confirm your account has been cancelled. Your last billing cycle was initiated on the 3rd of February 2024 and your cancellation request was done on the 5th of February 2024, so we cannot issue a refund in this case." It's really bad faith towards its customers and a way of taking money from them without offering any service, without any benevolence. When customer service is like this, it says a lot about the overall quality of a company, and I think it's better to work with more ethical people.

Just what you need when you have a lot of work to do

Avantages :

Drag and drop. As easy as that! This made to very easy to use the tool! Its very intuitive and therefore makes it less overwhelming to use.

Inconvénients :

Color customization limitations. I wish I could add more colours to it and change its look better. The idea is to be able to change it as per my mood.

Very useful gmail add-on for email organization

Avantages :

With Drag App my inbox looks very organized and email prioritization got a new level. With Drag I am always up to date both with new and old emails. Very useful add-on!!!

Inconvénients :

Sometimes it is in conflict with other add-ons that can cause bugging of Drag, but it does not happen often.

What a professional inbox I have now

Commentaires : Organized on box and ability to leave emails into lists that keep me organized.

Avantages :

The best feature of this app is the ability to place emails into specific to do lists. I like that I can have my emails in columns that define how I wish to deal with them

Inconvénients :

To be honest, it took some getting used to. I find for a while trying to get a good grasp on how best to organize my inbox. But m now I feel like a Drag pro!

More People Need to Know About Drag!

Commentaires : I can't really imagine using Gmail without Drag now, having used it for over a year. This is especially true for companies that utilize Shared Inboxes and Groups - the collaboration functionality is top-notch. We can basically incorporate project management practices & tools directly into Gmail, as opposed to having a separate tool in another platform.

Avantages :

The functionality for Shared Inboxes & Groups is excellent. The Kanban inbox style with notes, attachments, internal tagging, and automations to auto-sort email has boosted our team's productivity massively. Our company gets a massive volume of email in our shared inboxes each day, and prior to implementing Drag, emails were sometimes lost or responses were slow. Organization and lack of automation was to blame - Drag has fixed that.

Inconvénients :

Though it is very rare, every so often there will be a new back-end update to Gmail which sometimes would cause Drag to glitch out. The Drag team usually anticipates these rollouts and there is no issue, but twice in the past year or so we've encountered an issue. That said, they have always fixed it very quickly, same-day.

Drag provide a great way to collaborate on gmail in an agile way.

Kanban is a great visual for planning and knocking out email in an agile way. Drag is a must for me and my team. The staff at Drag are working hard to continuously add new features at a fast pace. Keep it up Drag!

Inconvénients :

Nothing! We absolutely love this product. I would love to see a mobile app if possible. This would provide the ability to crush email on the fly!

Drag enables me to re-arrange my inbox and be more productive!

Avantages :

I became much more productive with Drag as it enables me to focus on what matters most to me. Developers talk directly to us to ask for feedback and ideas.

Inconvénients :

At some point in the past, when I logged in with multiple emails, it caused my gmail to keep restarting sessions. I think this is fixed already in newer versions.

Awesomeness!

Commentaires : Easy tracking of what needs to be done, what has been done. Its easy to see the achievements and what still needs to be improved.

Avantages :

Its a very easy to use and very friendly. I have zero experience with boards but this has proven to be good for a beginner like myself.

Inconvénients :

Ability to incorporate other software in the system so that its easier to track projects. Functionality is a bit limited, hopefully this will improve.

This is a MUST HAVE extension if you like to prioritize your inbox into tasks!

Avantages :

It really does look and feel like Trello. I've tried using the Multiple Inbox feature in Gmail but it's too glitchy and emails get lost. Drag is awesome because I can customize the columns and easily drag the messages to the appropriate places! And it still works with other extensions that I use and need, like Streak and Hubspot. Thank you!

Inconvénients :

Right now, the only thing is that the text at the bottom of my Gmail page is white and hard to read. It isn't as though I need to see what my storage capacity is, but I do wish it could be customized a little more (Drag customer service is awesome and said this was something that's being worked on!)

Avantages :

Simplify the creation and daily management of my mailing list as a backlog stream in a kanban card in which you can see the general trend at a glance.

Inconvénients :

In Chrome, it is slow to load or refresh the page if there are many pending emails. It is inconvenient to scroll the page.

Can not work with out it now.

Commentaires : Drag has made managing emails and assigning tasks so much easier. I spend less time worrying about if an email or task get missed now.

Drag is an Unethical Company

Commentaires : The app forces you to enter your credit card to use the trial, I tested the app for a few minutes and didn't like the user experience. I requested a refund within a 10 mins and they said they couldn't provide a refund. Customer service was awful, they acknowledged that I signed up and cancelled within 10 mins, but won't provide a refund even though I don't like the software. I do not recommend this app, it was very confusing!

Avantages :

The user experience wasted a lot of time with multiple steps to get a simple task done.

Inconvénients :

Unprofessional and their customer support was extremely unprofessional.

Pretty easy to use, right out of the box so to speak you don't need any instructions. It just works drag n drop

Inconvénients :

Sometimes have to refresh but that is a minor inconvenience since you just F5 or just refresh the page

Organizational Lifesaver

Avantages :

Makes organizing and prioritizing emails and tasks so much easier. This been a life saver for my work emails. It's reduced missed email tasks that get lost in an overfull inbox and I don't snooze them away forever like with other apps.

Inconvénients :

There's a few glitches and bugs, but they're working on them. It's not perfect, but they seem to be trying to fix things quickly. They're also really open about the product roadmap which makes any issues you have less of an issue because you can see when they're bing worked on.

Great product if you are used to kanbanboard in agile & software development tools

Avantages :

Kanban! What more can I say? It is the heart of many project management tools and I have for a long while been searching for something similar to organize my e-mails. I even thought of making such an app myself. But here comes drag-app to the rescue!

Inconvénients :

Some bugs here and there that make it look less pretty sometimes. But overall it works great. The only feature I miss is that not all e-mails should be placed in the "backlog" by default.

I like the fact I can keep my unread messages towards the top of my gmail. Without this functionality on Drag I decided to not use it.

Like Sortd without the complexities

Commentaires : Having to manually copy/paste details from emails into a separate todo list was too much friction to keep up with for more than a few days. By being able to drag emails between the Inbox and any column takes no effort at all, allowing me to see at a glance what needs to be done.

Avantages :

That it does not change the overall look and feel of GMail like Sortd does. Works simply and as expected, without having to learn.

Inconvénients :

Possibly slightly TOO cut back? Although it seems Drag are adding features.

There are some features that should be added but the coming soon section of the products site shows they are going to very soon incorporate new functionality. In other words, the team are working towards evolving the product.
