ClearCalcs provides a great tool for foundation, framing, retaining walls, etc. of residential and light commercial buildings. It is a great tool to allow a small engineering firm to do projects that a large firm can't do cost effectively. With some more basic CAD capabilities it would be even better. I see ClearCalcs as a niche product for smaller (1 - 50 ) engineering firms; not really meant for high rise major commercial building projects.
