Synchronisation avec 1Password:​ quand praticité et ‌sécurité se⁤ rencontrent

Avantages :

Avec la synchronisation instantanée entre vos appareils, je peux accéder‍ à mes informations à tout moment. Fini les oublis⁣ de mots de passe ou les tentatives‍ infructueuses pour me connecter à mes comptes en ligne. ⁢Grâce à 1Password, toutes mes informations sont accessibles ⁤en un seul endroit.

Inconvénients :

Je crains de perdre mon mot de passe principal, je comprends que cela soit une grande mesure de protection, mas une fois le mot de passe principal perdu, ll n'y a plus rien à faire.

Avantages :

1password assure la gestion de mes mots de passe. Facile à utiliser

Inconvénients :

Il a besoin d'une connection stable pour son bon fonctionnement.

Un produit fiable... sans réelle innovation

Avantages :

C'est incontestablement un outil facile à utiliser : l'interface est claire, l'ergonomie est bien pensée.

Inconvénients :

Le prix n'est peut-être pas totalement adéquat au vu du fait que 1Password a plein davantages mais reste assez basique dans ces fonctionnalité.

Une solution de gestion de mots de passe sécurisée et pratique

Avantages :

Personnellement, j'adore 1Password et je trouve qu'il s'agit d'un excellent gestionnaire de mots de passe. J'apprécie particulièrement sa simplicité d'utilisation, ainsi que sa capacité à générer des mots de passe complexes et à les stocker en toute sécurité. De plus, j'aime le fait qu'il puisse être synchronisé entre plusieurs appareils, ce qui me permet d'accéder à mes mots de passe en tout temps et en tout lieu. Globalement, 1Password est une solution pratique et efficace pour gérer mes mots de passe en toute sécurité.

Inconvénients :

Bien que j'apprécie 1Password, j'ai rencontré quelques inconvénients avec le produit. Tout d'abord, j'ai trouvé que le coût d'abonnement était assez élevé par rapport à d'autres solutions de gestion de mots de passe. De plus, certaines fonctionnalités avancées, telles que la possibilité de partager des mots de passe avec d'autres utilisateurs, ne sont disponibles que dans des forfaits plus coûteux. Enfin, bien que l'application soit globalement facile à utiliser, je trouve que la configuration initiale peut être un peu complexe pour les utilisateurs novices.

1Password is fast, secure, and reliable

Commentaires : We use a family plan, which is great because we each have our own vault but we also have several vaults we share with each other and with our adult children.

Avantages :

It's worry free. I select a category -- login, credit card, bank, driver's license, and many more -- and enter the data. From that moment on, the data is stored securely and is available on my PC and my phone.

Inconvénients :

Occasionally, 1Password doesn't recognize an app on my phone when I need to log in. However, that's not a big deal because it just take a few extra swipes to activate it and copy the required password.

Forget all your passwords except 1password!

Commentaires : My overall experience is great. I do not have to remember all my passwords- I do not even know them! Is there a service that I decided to use 1 time few years ago? Yes! Do I remember the password? No! But 1password does!.

Avantages :

Easy to use, very intuitive, high transparency, security.

Inconvénients :

If I have to pick anything it will be something very minor... It does not work perfectly on android. App is not proposing login option easily you have to retry few times or copy-paste it from the app itself.

1Password - A professional working experience that allows you to make your password more secure

Commentaires : I have been using this recently, mostly all our work is on web applications, hence tracing people who try tk access the portal is a must, here we cater to our needs using 1Password. We use its reporting feature for further analysis and ways to protect the platform further

Avantages :

I like the customised reports, spontaneous threat detection, timely alerts to change password, realtime monitoring of web traffic

Inconvénients :

On my mac, sometimes it fails to detect potential threats, may be some process communication failure

Invaluable for Teams

Avantages :

The user interface is extremely intuitive. Plus, the whole system just works smoothly (sharing passwords with groups of people who all have access; creating 2FA codes; creating & sharing passkeys; security).

Inconvénients :

The app is so secure that it can be a little confusing how to set up a new device, but 1Password makes it so simple with their "Emergency Kit" and step-by-step instructions that it's really not an issue.

Suitable Replacement for LastPass

Commentaires : I have adapted well to 1Password, and I believe that anyone who uses LastPass can easily train themselves to use 1Password.

Avantages :

It has a familiar and easy to understand user interface. It performs as designed most of the time, and working around the automated functionality when it doesn't work is easy because anything can be confidentially copied out of 1Password and into the clipboard to paste wherever you need it. My impression is that 90% of the time 1Password works as intended, and the rest of the time I can work around with copy and paste.

Inconvénients :

When importing from LastPass, it did not bring in attached items. It would be great if that import function could be fixed, although I don't need it now, I suppose.

Performs it duties nicely and leaves no room for concerns.

Commentaires : Up until about a year ago, I would have given it 5 stars. Not that i see the bullsht that the big boys are using against with 1password, it is at a 3.75. Going to be difficult for them to win so they need to start rolling out updates on a quarterly (i know it's insane) frequency. You don't need an update every week for features that no one asked for

Avantages :

It has everything in one spot. You literally will not surf the net and will use 1password. The two factor authentication will save you an insane amount of time. Password management is password management. It will generate the password for you in 2 easy steps. Passkeys are awesome when it works. I still don't know where it is being stored. Customer service is tops b/c they get back to you in a hurry.

Inconvénients :

Apple Keychain, Google Password Manager and Microsoft Authenticator are all out to kill 1Password and they are doing a pretty good job. To be honest they have made it so difficult where I am seriously considering dropping 1password. The amount of updates coming thru on 1password are killing the application. They are of the mind of weekly update. That has screwed up so many settings for me and it this is a recent trend.

Multi-platform password and identity management.

Commentaires : Overall it's a great tool, it works well and I used it daily. When I first starting using it there wasn't much competition in the way of password managers but now there are a plethora of them, and several other software suites I have provide their own (ESET smart security, Avast and NordVPN) but I have been lazy and paid the annual subscription cost in preference over moving over 1,000 credentials to a new password manager.

Avantages :

I've been a very long-time user of 1password. My initial use case was to allow maintaining unique passwords for every website and service I use, while keeping my user details synchronized across multiple browsers and operating systems. For instance, on my laptop I use Windows Edge & Chrome, on my iPhone and iPad I use Safari and Firefox and I have previously used MacOS and ChromeOS which have also used 1password. The best features are the automatic "recognition" of when you visit a website that you have an account with, your are prompted to automatically complete your username and password. It also recognizes when you visit a new website and create a new account, automatically creating a record for that site. It's data is synchronized across all platforms, so if you register an account on your Windows PC, it will automatically be available when you visit the same website on your mobile phone or tablet. Passwords can be used between personal users (family) or work users (teams) to securely store and retrieve authentication details.

Inconvénients :

Originally, 1password required a 3rd party to synchronize password data across platforms, but they introduced their cloud SaaS offering to address this. They also took this opportunity to move from a perpetual license to an annual subscription model. In the last few years, 1password has steadily added features but in my opinion have been slow to address some gaps, such as automation of credentials over SSH (a feature that is only now experimental).

The best choice for password manager

Commentaires : I still enjoy the porgram even though Apple has similar features now, but those don't translate to my PC work computers.

Avantages :

Demo'd many Password Managers before choosing this. Liked the features and the graphics as well. Has categories with prefills for the most appropriate fields.

Inconvénients :

I feel like I was able to filter by categories on the app at one time, but not now. It's not that important because there are also tags, but you do have to remember to assign them.

1Password review

Avantages :

What I like the most about 1Password is it's simplicity. It is very easy to work with, seamless integration into browser. Also, it's high level of security and 2FA.

Inconvénients :

I did not encounter any issues with 1Password to worth mentioning so far.

World's best password manager in my opinion

Avantages :

1Password has for so many years stood by me in terms of security, from storing my sensitive documents, generate strong unique passwords and it also does marvelously well in syncing across all my devices.

Inconvénients :

I have no complains at all, it's been amazing using it.

Pretty good password manager

Commentaires : See cons above. The product is fine. It seems to do the job.

Avantages :

It's easy to use and store all of your passwords in the same place. It seems secure and overall the starter plan is good value for money.

Inconvénients :

There are two areas which annoyed me. 1 Was dealing with their support team. It took an inordinate amount of time to have a duplicate account closed - like weeks of effort. Very frustrating experience. For some reason it's quite hard to actually save a password which auto generates - the button seems unresponsive. I haven't bothered contacting support as I don't have the time.

I love that all my passwords are easily accessible in one place and super secure with encryption.

Inconvénients :

Nothing comes to mind. It's pretty simple to use.
