Staff find it easy, simple learning curve. > > **Inconvénients**: Customer service is terrible, 5-7 day response time, if we do get a response, it is not complete/helpful, and we have to draft same question/emails again. We have lost trust in Campspot that if we need help or assistance with any kind of set up, issues, it won't be there for us. The price goes up every year and the customer service (which we really need only a few times/year) has declined completely. We pay thousands/year for this software and the value is no longer there for us with this lack of support. We don't need support often, just with our seasonal set up, and this year especially we have been ghosted when we have reached out with some basic set up questions. > > Our campground has used Campsot for 5.5 years. Support was great for the first few years, and we were really happy with the software and customer service, but over the last 2 years especially it has declined completely, to almost zero support. It has been a shock for us and our staff, and quite nerve wracking not having assistance when needed. On average when we email the support line it is a 5-7 day response time and then if we get a response it is barely helpful, and the thread is dropped by the support team, with no proper answers or follow up. As a small business when we need support it is critical to our business as all our bookings flow through Campspot. We are beyond disappointed and shocked with the lack of customer service. The price of Campspot keeps going up but the value keeps going down. It would save a lot of asking later and people then being upset because there is a fee for pets.
