Une solution fiable et efficace pour le contrôle à distance
Commentaires : Mon expérience globale avec Supremo Remote Desktop a été très positive depuis 1an. Le logiciel est intuitif, rapide et sécurisé, ce qui le rend efficace pour le contrôle à distance. Sa compatibilité multiplateforme est un plus sur les terminaux mobiles android.

pas très couteux. le logiciel est compatible avec plusieurs système d'exploitation il peut se connecter à plusieurs ordinateurs simultanément avec des sessions différentes et des mots de passe différents et ceci de manière automatique si les mots de passe ont été préqlqblement enrégistrés.
Inconvénients :
quelques ralentissements et des petits bugs de courte durée mais presque récurrents

Commentaires : Supremo permet d'intervenir facilement pour la maintenance à distance des pc / serveurs de mes clients a un cout raisonnable pour une petite structure. Etant en plus devenu revendeur supremo je le conseille a mes clients travaillant à distance dans cette période compliquée de pandémie

- Supremo fait le job de façon simple et efficace et remplace sans soucis Teamviewer / Anydesk à un cout plus abordable - La version business permet plusieurs sessions simultanées sans surcout prohibitif - Compatibilité Windows étendue (ancien et nouveau os desktop / serveur) - Support OSX / IOS / Android... bien que légèrement en retrait par rapport aux versions windows - La gestion du multi écran avec un mode permettant de visualiser deux écrans distant sur le poste maitre - La gestion des contacts en ligne ou en local au choix sans surcout - stable et rapide - support commercial et technique réactif et compétant. les demandes / besoins semblent être pris en compte
Inconvénients :
- l'obligation de selectionner par une radio box le mode demarrage ou installation permanente avec saisie d'un mot de passe n'est pas très intuitif et est tres perturbant pour les utilisateurs (un pre-choix demarrer serait plus instinctif) . - pas de possibilité d'installer directement via un script sans passer par l'usage d'un token en variable disponible en version business. - une fois installé pas possible d'épingler à la barre des taches - pas de copier / coller de fichiers ou dossiers distant / local, mais c'est annoncé pour 2022 :) - la gestion de l'uac , le cas de sessions ouvertes sous un autre profil utilisateur - manque de paramètre a passer pour l'installation automatique (par exemple la restriction d'hôtes) - EXTREMEMENT pénalisant l'impossibilité de sauvegarder / transferer le numéro d'id d'un poste de maintenance ( par exemple en cas de réinstallation changement de pc il faudras redéfinir le poste autorisé a accéder sur chaque client) - pas de package chocolatey pour le deploiement (je travaille dessus pour le rendre disponible) ni glpi / fusion inventory pour la gestion de parc

Utilisation de Supremo au quotidien
Avantages :
En comparaison avec les outils concurrents, SUPREMO, pour un excellent tarif offre des fonctionnalités équivalentes, voire supérieures. L'outil est stable et facile à utiliser.
Inconvénients :
Dans l'utilisation quotidienne qu'en fait mon équipe, il n'y a rien à ajouter comme fonctionnalité.

Same services at lower cost
Commentaires : We have moved from the old remote control system (the main competitor) to SUpremo and we are able to have the same services we had before but with slightly lower quality but cheaper costs and we have chosen to keep this software so we are satisfied with it.
Avantages :
Compared to the main competitor it is less complex in configuration and does not require you to authenticate via email and subsequent confirmation of the new devices from which you connect so in the end the process is faster (but less secure)
Inconvénients :
Compared to the main competitor, the quality of the video transmission is lower, there is greater latency, there is less effect of being in front of the remote PC but the lower cost justifies this condition
A very convincing remote access software
Commentaires : When I got to know this software I did not have many expectations due to the bad experiences I had had with other similar software. That's why I tried the free version at the beginning and I was immediately surprised by the ease of use it has, the friendly interface in which it groups all its tools helps a lot for this, but it also performs its functions effectively (without presenting unexpected errors as happens in other software) and with secure connections.
Avantages :
I started using it for work for free and ended up purchasing the paid subscription, since the price compared to other software is cheaper on an annual plan, plus I can install the software on an unlimited number of devices to which I need to connect remotely. Thanks to that and other aspects I mentioned before like its ease of use, security, efficiency and multiplatform support it is my remote access software par excellence.
Inconvénients :
There's not much to reproach it for really, it's a fantastic software, but maybe if it provided some benefits to its loyal users such as a rewards program it would be better than it already is.

It's easy to use, has good price. It let us take full control of remote host so we can configure Windows on remote side.
Inconvénients :
Very frequent disconnections. Our Internet service is stable and very reliable, and after over 2 yr of use we are sure Supremo can be improved. TeamViewer does not present this problem.Maybe Supremo needs a mirror server in North America. If there is, we don't know or have no access.

Using chars in interactive session password comes with some difficulties when discussing with customers by phone (did you say "u", no "o", plesae restart ....) ...Only numbers was (before) a better solution for me ...
Great remote software, easy to setup and good value
Avantages :
I really like how simple it is to get this software working on a clients machine and how it has exactly the features that I need. It's a lot less money than other competitors for a license and it pretty much does the exact same thing.
Inconvénients :
Compared to other products, the network lag is a little more noticeable. I'm not sure why this is, but it is not a huge deal because I am saving a lot of money on the product and I am willing to deal with a slight delay.

Started 20 years ago with LogMeIn. Went over to Teamviewer.
Had to search a new solution to give support to my customers as Teamviewer was way to expensive.
Supremo is the only tool that suits me perfectly at a low price.
Never had to contact the support as the software never let me down.

Commentaires : We use SupRemo on a daily basis with end users and also with all servers, both physical and virtual. It allows us to carry out 99% of incidents from our computer without having to move.
Avantages :
SupRemo is an ideal software for network administrators who are dedicated to solving endpoint incidents. It is easy to use and by activating the unattended mode you don't have to need the user.
Inconvénients :
The only drawback we found is not having implemented the module to be able to control mobile phones. Other programs can do it.

Commentaires : Great piece of software that does exactly what we need it to do.
Avantages :
It is easy to use software for an affordable price and allows us all to remote in to the same devices at one time which is a feature we didn't previously have with other software.
Inconvénients :
When rebooting a PC we are connected in to it only reconnects us half of the time, but that is easily solved by just exiting and re connecting to the PC manually. It would be nice for the GUI to be able to be full screen on our PCs so we can see all of the device names in the address book if they are long.
