When it comes to healthy businesses you have to think about Together Corporate Mentorship.

Avantages :

A platform that stands out in terms of preparation and support for employees and corporate. It serves as a manager to establish relationships with mentors and coaches that add value to the human being. Collaborate with those involved in the process for the establishment of companies and healthy relationships in the corporation. The support of the Mentories adapts to the progress of each employee depending on their own personal characteristics, as each human being has its own process and Together Corporate Mentorship adapts to this. It is so easy to use that it works with the calendar and the mail of the employee who takes the mentoring.

Inconvénients :

I have very little time using it and until now I have not had great difficulties. I could say that those who insist on knowing its operation and practice it, will not have problems that prevent its use.

An amazing platform coupled with world class customer service made this choice really easy!

Commentaires : We initially had an internal mentoring program which we ran though excel files, internal comms and in house documents. After a couple demos from various vendors we realized that Together offered the best platform for cost and by far had an amazing and responsive team behind them.

Avantages :

The software is very easy to use for both administrators and end users. There was also a great amount of opportunity for customization throughout the process from creating the initial program, setting up the algorithm, email communications and pairing. Above all, the team goes above and beyond to ensure you have a successful setup, integration and launch for your mentoring program.

Inconvénients :

There were no areas that I saw as a con.

Excellent, intuitive software

Avantages :

It's overall very easy to navigate and use. It's flexible as well; tasks like rescheduling are simple. It was easy to search profiles and filter by industry, interests, etc.

Inconvénients :

The software is straightforward and clear to use, so I don't have any cons to list.

Together Platform is altogether terrific!

Avantages :

The automated pairing tool is absolutely one of the best features of this software. It does much of the heavy lifting for you, while not comprising quality pairings due to its AI technology. The interface is very user friendly and quite intuitive.

Inconvénients :

One con is that I wish I was aware of this software before now. It could have been handy in my prior organization.

Avantages :

This product utilizes automated registration to pair you with the best possible mentor/mentor. The customization is free for employees to utilize.

Inconvénients :

The hours / timing available for users to pair with a mentor are very limited. Only up to an hour. Limited customization on odd things.

Commentaires : By providing a clear structure for the Mentorship Program, Together Mentoring saves a lot of time (otherwise needed to manually manage the process), thus proving highly beneficial to our business.

Avantages :

It's a great tool for clearly structuring a Mentorship Program.

Inconvénients :

I am not sure there is a mobile app for this. If not, it would be practical to have it (for example if a mentoring session needs to be organized when no laptop/pc available...).

It's easy - very straightforward and requires little to no effort to figure out. Helps mentors and mentees set and meet goals without having to re-invent the wheel.

Commentaires : Excellent overall. Very satisfied with this company and we plan to continue our subscription.

Avantages :

The implementation process was seamless. Together has a great team of reps that walk you through every step and answer questions promptly. The program itself is extremely user friendly, even in our heavy manufacturing industry where many folks aren't particularly tech savvy.

Inconvénients :

I believe this has been remedied but we would like the ability to operate on a rolling calendar so when new people join the company, they don't need to wait until the enrollment period.

Commentaires : Engagement, retention and inclusivity for our entire organization to finally be able to include our EMEA team with interaction amongst each other. Great experience in launching this program and ease of use.

Avantages :

This was pretty much a open box program to implement and roll out to the organization. Very quick customization process and excellent customer service from [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] that really helped walk us through the process and ideas.

Inconvénients :

Sounds like it's to come, but forcing a meeting location or at least come up as a reminder so when the meeting is scheduled you must click a resource (phone, teams, etc.) It is a little confusing that the time is automatically in EDT for the scheduling and reminder emails. It does save the right time zone on my calendar, but when opening up the actually meeting it's a bit confusing.

Makes running a mentor program easy

Commentaires : We are a very small HR team, and we are finally able to run a mentoring program without taking up a ton of HR staff time on administration. Together's representatives made everything easy. Excellent customer support for a helpful product! Definitely worth the investment.

Set-up is easy. Customer service is FABULOUS. Our Together representative made everything so simple for us, and was very responsive whenever we did have questions.

Inconvénients :

Would like to be able to utilize more languages, such as Arabic.

Good Experience with a few suggestions

Commentaires : It was a good experience both as mentor and mentee. Does have flexibility in cadence and length of meetings, but too rigid in curriculum and topic selection.

Avantages :

The matching is great since the profiling is in depth.

Inconvénients :

Curriculum is too rigid and difficult to integrate with Outlook for rescheduling for busy managers. Too much data entry for casual conversations.

Great Platform to Use

Commentaires : The Together platform has made mentoring and collaboration a lot easier as you have one place that you can go to find all documents and notes that you have made during conversations and you can go back and see the progress that has been made.

Avantages :

Being able to schedule your meeting right in the software and also write notes to each mentor/mentee that everyone has access to in one place has been a fantastic tool to keep everyone on track.

Inconvénients :

Nothing at this point, the platform has been very easy to use.

I thought that the program was very user friendly. I liked the matching process, and I thought it matched me up well. I also enjoyed that scheduling a session was very easy as the account was linked to my outlook calendar.

I think that there could be more options for goals to work on through the program.

Avantages :

It makes mentoring journey easy, it has reminders that enables scheduling of next meeting and keeps track of one's progress and tracking of agreed action points.

Inconvénients :

It not very user friendly. I found it hard to navigate on the tab and struggled to access the page for scheduling next meeting

Commentaires : I was needing to schedule in some time with a mentor, he was from a Canadian office but the program allowed us to schedule in time that suited both us.

Avantages :

Great software which linked me to someone who matched my criteria perfectly.

Inconvénients :

Could integrate Microsoft calendar better and be more connected with MS Teams.

First Time User for Mentoring

Avantages :

The software was easy to use and a great tool for establishing the first contact between the Mentor and Mentee.

Inconvénients :

The software was not tied to any of our online meeting tools, such as Webex or Teams. If it was, I could not find it.
