> **Inconvénients**: I think it is better if we could just delete rejected applications. For example, duplicate applications. Also, about fraudulent applications, there should be a list of fraudulent applicants. So that when they submit another application, it will notify the system that the application is a suspected fraud so the agent will have an option to reject it.

> So far so good. Just experiencing some latency sometimes but it doesn't matter that much.

> Fountain is beneficial since most of the things we checked and reviewed with regards to the business relies on this software.
