That means when I hop online in the morning, I can always see my most important tasks for the day and my view for the week via tab view. Then if I need to quickly assign a new task or just want an update, I click on the icon on Chrome and it's right there. I also love there's a timer for any quick Pomodoro sessions. While I prefer weekly anyway and that's my main setting, the monthly view doesn't have a great ux and I find it annoying to use so I end up defaulting to weekly view and then clicking to go forward through the weeks. > > I love using Lanes. For years, I struggled with finding a productivity and project management tool that worked for me. As a solo small business owner, I needed something that would not be over the top complex but still have everything I needed in one product, Lanes provides that. I use Lanes daily. It's the first thing I see when I hop online and I use it to check my to-do list and schedule tasks in my calendar. As a writer, deadlines are super important for me, I can't miss them for my clients, and with Lanes, I have everything in there in a weekly view. So I know what's coming for that day, and I also plan ahead for the rest of the week. On Sunday nights, I go into Lanes and add all my primary tasks for the week. The help desk is awesome. I rarely have issues but anytime I've had a question or a problem I get help right away and everything is back on track usually within a few hours. As for the advanced features, I really love the Pomodoro timer tracking. When I need to do a quick power hour for pitching or work it's so convenient to just do it all from one product. I also like checking my progress through the tracking capabilities too. So if I'm having a slow week, I can tell where I dipped or what days I didn't get much done. Overall, I'm really happy with Lanes. This is the first product I've used for more than a few months that's covered all my needs.
