There is no clear way to track personal funds invested as a loan to the company, which is a major drawback. I contacted customer support and only received links to articles and videos, which did not address my specific situation. Scheduling a phone call was not practical—the first available appointment was five weeks out. If you are used to proper double-entry accounting, I recommend sticking with QuickBooks.
