The main thing that I do not like about Venmo is that there is minimal security to protect you if you do not receive the good that you pay for, so I only use this application if I have the item in hand. I have used Venmo's customer support system 2 times in order to attempt to cancel payments 1 that was accidentally sent to the wrong person and another that I completed a payment and did not receive my product.
