It contains a dashboard that allows you to see at a glance any outstanding invoices and/or balances along with the most recent invoices. Pretty handy > > **Inconvénients**: I wish this service could add multi-factor authentication to further protect access to the data. Also, would be ideal to know if the data in the back-end is actually encrypted, as you could be entering sensitive information into the portal. In addition to that, if the dashboards were customizable in the sense of adding more "widgets" to include the other selections. Also an option to group things like contacts by customer company, group services by type (ex: maintenance, installation, etc. ), group products by category. Sending invoice email does not provide the option preview before is sent. This doesn't allow you to see what the message looks like. Also, would be great if you could have multiple users setup with permissions. Last but not least, would be great to select a specific contact from a "customer company group" and being able to select a different email address as the sender of the invoice (ex: memberships@mydomain.com VS payment@mydomain.com). > > Overall the product is great, flexible and easy to use.
