They only allow text message. They over charge your credit card and there is no one to talk to for refunds. You have to text them. > > It was a 10 and went to a zero. When I bought Radiant I used to be able to talk to a human and I rarely needed them as the software was and is easy to use, but around August 2024 they got rid of many employees and now only communicate with you over text. The response rate is slow and business \[sensitive content hidden\] do not have time to play text message games. We have little time and texting back and forth requires 15-30 minutes of wasted time. There staff is not in the USA either. I cannot even get a sales person to call me back.
