I also really like the way it keeps all my resources for easy access in one place and makes it easy to find during a call without fumbling around. Probably the best thing is that I don't need to use a lot of different tools now. I cancelled my scheduler which was costing me $15 per month because I don't need it anymore. The invoicing all also saved me using yet another tool. It's so efficient to have everything in one place, I feel that I can scale without worrying about breaking the systems in my business.
