Avantages :

Simple & easy to use. Reliable and does what we need it to do.

Inconvénients :

It's not a completely bespoke set up so there are are some features that are unnecessary for our needs and some minor tweaks that we would make if it was. With that said you're not paying for a completely bespoke system here and the team have made a number of changes and custom development as far as practical for them to ensure the system continues to meet the needs of our business.

Great system, easy to use

Commentaires : Very happy with Talos - everyone their is very friendly and helpful. The system is easy to use and saves so much time having everything in one place.

Avantages :

Having all the candidates in one system that we can progress through the recruitment stages. Having agencies being able to upload directly is great and also allowing managers to access/screen/reject/progress and add notes is very efficient timewise.

Inconvénients :

Waiting for the Teams integration has been frustrating as this would make interviewing so much easier. Also notifications to Managers when new candidates apply for their jobs would be a huge help to remind them to log into the system.

Very user friendly and great customer service

Commentaires : It is a great system that helps to track all candidates, and it is very user friendly/easy to use. The customer support is also excellent and the team are always happy to help me make the most of the system, and customize to my preferences where possible.

Avantages :

Visually it looks great, everything is very clear, and you know exactly where to click, very user friendly. I also like having customizable communication templates.

Inconvénients :

I would like to be able to list jobs that do not expire, that have the same functionality as normal adverts. We have contractor positions that are always open, so it would be good to be able to manage them in the same way as the normal job listings.

Commentaires : I was first introduced to Talos in a previous role (where I was not involved in the purchase decision or installation process). When I changed roles into my current role as HR Recruiter with UniCarriers I was stepping into a new role for the company which previously only ever used recruitment agencies.
I straight away new an ATS system would be beneficial to this role and my first thought was 360. I contacted the rep (my previous account manager) and he was so helpful during the entire process.
Talos has been a pivotal part to the direct hiring strategy and it has enabled us to cut our agency costs by £60,000 in the last 6 months already! I know that the more I use the software the more it will impact on the business in a positive way, especially as it is constantly evolving and new features and improvements are being introduced all the time.

Avantages :

What I like most bout Talos is that I find the software easy to use. The different features are relevant and make the hiring process much simpler and more effective. I like that you can keep track of all your vacancies, applicants, candidates, talent pool etc. all in one place. It helps me to provide a efficient service to my hiring managers and a professional and positive candidate journey to all our applicants.

Inconvénients :

You cannot amend your adverts once they have been posted, you have to ask the 360 team to make the amendment for you. This is not really a problem because the team at 360 are so quick at responding, however, it could be helpful if this option is available to the administrator of the software also.

Inconvénients :

Some more reporting options would be good. For example, if I pull applicant/role data, I can only see how many candidates have applied in total once the role is closed and candidates rejected, but I cannot see how many interviews were booked, how many were shortlisted etc throughout the course of the role process.

Excellent Service

Commentaires : Couldn't rate this system enough, improved our recruitment process and management drastically. Has put us in a much better position than previous years and is allowing the business to knuckle down on recruitment and highlight areas that need more focus.

Avantages :

Talos has changed our business drastically in the 2 months we have been live. We have filled multiple vacancies across the UK, including areas where we would previously receive no applications. The system is easy to use and organised in a simple manner which allows us to track candidates and vacancies accurately and effectively.

Inconvénients :

The reporting function, doesn't capture the information that would be beneficial to our business however, the support team have been very helpful and are working on it. That is the only con I can raise.

Excellent product & service

Avantages :

Quality of care from members of the Talos team. Wonderful help and support guides. Easy to use interface.

Inconvénients :

Honestly nothing that would impact any recommendation of use. If there is ever any issue, in my experience we are notified about it in due course as well as plans and support on how to resolve.

Commentaires : Very positive, the Talos team are friendly and helpful - willing to go the extra mile!

Avantages :

Easy of use, system is intutitive and can be used by others with minimal training. Its easy to see at a glance where candidates are in the recruitment process.

Inconvénients :

The setting up of the interview booking can be a little clonky, once you've done it a couple of times its fine.

Commentaires : We've had an increased period of churn and growth in the business recently and out of the multiple roles we have advertised, I can count on 1 hand the amount we haven't filled. It really helps us reach those critical sites to get our vacancies seen.

Avantages :

Really easy to use - best bit is that the training for managers is quick and easy and there is no need to do it again. Feedback is always that it's brilliant and very self-explanatory. I also like that you can't do anything wrong by clicking somewhere, because you have to click twice. Highly recommend to anyone thinking about investing - saves so much time.

Inconvénients :

It would definitely be a lot better if it was integrated with MS Teams. We currently have to manually send Teams links via outlook, which can be quite painful. Managers also forget it isn't automatic and haven't sent them before!Single sign on would be good as well.

Avantages :

Talos is an easy to use system, from candidate, hiring manager and recruiters perspectives.

Inconvénients :

Nothing comes to mind - and anything we do request gets added to the Talos roadmap immediately.

Wey Education feedback

Commentaires : Really brilliant. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] our Business Support Manager is excellent with providing support to us and answering any questions. He is very much an extended part of the HR team at Wey Education. He's always happy to arrange calls with us to check in on our requirements.

Avantages :

The software is easy to use for both us as a business but also applicants who apply via 360. It's really beneficial that the adverts get posted to a number of different job boards as well as being integrated to our Wey Education website. It saves us (HR team) time by only needing to post one advert it covers all areas. To view applications is straight forward and to progress candidates on e.g short listed, interviewing, hired etc is self explanatory. It's really beneficial we can communicate to applicants where it is all recorded in one place.

Inconvénients :

We have found that on the odd occasion some candidates applications aren't pulling through correctly, some are blank or missing information. Not many but we have found this.

Smooth, Simple & Super Service :)

Commentaires : Talos has made our whole recruitment process a lot smoother, not just for our HR team but for our Hiring Managers and Candidates. The 306/Talos team provide outstanding support and are always so quick to respond to any queries or flags. Using the system has increased collaboration across recruiting departments & the posting feature has saved us a great deal of time and money.

Avantages :

The system is so so simple to use and had massively drove down our admin time. The workflows keep everyone involved fully up to date on where we are at with each candidate & bespoke auto emails keeps candidates engaged throughout. The interview booking tool is such a brilliant feature and has saved us so much time - giving candidates the option to select their own dates/time from pre-determined availability takes the fuss out of arranging interviews!

Inconvénients :

Not so much cons, but ideas that I think would improve the system are: Whilst the interview booking tool is excellent, I think there could be a simpler way of adding interviews to the system, that have been arranged in another way (I.e. over the phone). As we are a large business and have a lot of hiring managers and different people involved in different roles, it would be great if we could add/remove users ourselves.

I find Talos easy to use, reporting stats are effective in our decision making, creating posts and setting up a new job board are easy.

Inconvénients :

Some job boards do not allow you to repost a vacancy to the original reference number.

Excellent tool for our Recruitment Team

Commentaires : The experience is excellent - we are still tweaking things a few months in as our Account Manager wants to ensure we are getting the most out of the platform. We have been happy with it's interrogation with other recruitment boards and its overall ease of use.

Avantages :

This software brought down our candidates days in the process - this is because of how easy it is for a candidate to apply and also the ease of use from an admin side. The Talos team are very supportive and will try to ensure you are utilising the software to its maximum abilities.

Inconvénients :

The only downside was our onboarding was a bit slower than we would have hoped. We did ask for a lot to be done in a short amount of time and this was a factor but the team at Talos worked diligently to get everything done and we are very happy now. As I said it was just a small snag but the guys thoroughly made up for it and we are happy with the performance.

Commentaires : Over all I find my experience with Talos to be spot on. I can contact my account manager when needed, the support team are quick to respond to emails/queries. The software does exactly what I need.

Avantages :

Posting of adverts is a streamlined function that I use daily. I post the same job in multiple locations and free jobs boards and this is quick and easy to do. I can search for candidates by name and it takes me to all jobs they have applied for.

Inconvénients :

I don't have an cons with the system, it does exactly what I need it too!

Avantages :

360 has made recruitment easy and effective. The team have always been incredibly helpful and quick with their responses, can make good recommendations, come up with solutions and provide in depth training. The system can be built to suit all sorts of needs and the reporting is excellent. The search by candidate tool is very helpful and the email templates make posting/notifying an applicant so quick.

Inconvénients :

Only thing i can think of is the lack of being able to have an email notification for when a data capture is completed.

Talos & 360 Talent Partnership

Commentaires : We began the transition across to Talos in September last year. You have the full support of the tech team, Project Management team and your own Account Manager. They are on hand to support you through each step of the build, design, implementation and roll out. Great bunch of characters too!

Avantages :

Talos is easy to integrate, and the build was flexible as the team allowed us to customise the system around our processes, but also when suggesting features that didn't exist, these were designed and implemented. In theory, no ATS system has everything on your wish list - but you're onto a winner with Talos as the team are open to new ideas to improve the product.

Inconvénients :

It would be good to get an app built for the system, so you can access candidates on the go - really key for operational hiring managers!

Commentaires : I cannot praise the implementation team enough - the implementation support, best practice guidance and friendly client management ensured we implemented the system seamlessly. Always on the end of the phone if you had a query, and were highly invested ensuing you were set up to use the system to its best ability.

Avantages :

Has helped support a more targeted sourcing strategy, whilst simplifying and streamlining our recruitment administration process. In addition we are able to ensure we are complying with our GDPR responsibilities.
