(enough reason to skip and look somewhere else in my opinion) > > The product itself wasn’t bad although they stopped introducing new features and I believe they will be left behind the competitors in terms functionality and channel integration (facebook, whatsapp etc) BUT there is a more serious issue with the platform, their business ethics or better lack of it. They launched their product on a platform where buyers pay a sum of money upfront in exchange of lifetime usage. Anyone forced them to do this, and it was their second time using the same platform to get more customers and cash injection. They named the packaged they offered Business Plan which was a better option compared to today’s Professional plan. 4-5 months after they launched their product on the platform. They changed their package names and told their customers that the package they bought doesn’t exist any more, so it is up to them whether a new feature offered to those people who trusted them. For instance, file upload which is also available in trial, starter options hasn’t been offered to these people. When I tried talk to the \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] he was arrogant and dismissive. Would also be better to have a combined view of chats started by a bot automation along with normal live chat.
