I wish setting up certain features was simpler, as the UI can be really complicated to the less tech savvy such as myself. For example, I have read through the instructions on how to send emails/texts to customers using the app but we have never utilized the feature due to requiring a third-party program and having to integrate them.

> We have had very positive experiences thus far with Detrack. Even when encountering issues, they were quickly and expertly addressed by Detrack staff. We have even seen some of our issues resulting in changes to Detrack itself.
