Commentaires : Willingness to work toward solutions to any situation! Flexible technology that is continuing to invest in development to stay a leader in the HR tech space. The fact that this company is privately held and is investing more in development than in SALES, they are focusing on being the BEST IN CLASS rather than selling the most. Refreshing!
Avantages :
Flexibility and ease of configuration for each business strategy and situation in any industry. There are literrally NO limitations. Avature will work with any client to enable their vision.
Inconvénients :
Challenging for Tech Support to respond quickly, as each client's instance is unique and the support specialist has to "learn" each instance before addressing an issue, in most cases.
Avature ATS/CRM are top notch!
Commentaires : Overall, our company is very satisfied with Avature. We have very positive end user experiences for all types of users which was our goal. Like any software, there are challenges but the positives outweigh the negatives twofold.
Avantages :
The ability to customize to meet our specific business needs. You would think with a SaaS you would be limited, but that has not been our experience with Avature. The ability to make updates to fields, workflows, views, portals, forms, templates, etc. is very easy and does not require a technical expert to make the changes.
Inconvénients :
One of the challenges we face is keeping up with the enhancements and fully understanding how to use the enhancement in our instance. Some are very self explanatory and the explanations provided by Avature are easy to understand. Others, may require some additional training to determine if the enhancement is truly something you want to apply to your instance.

Commentaires : Overall, it's been a positive experience so far. The certification equips the relevant team member to effectively implement changes in line with business requirements.
Avantages :
The system has significantly streamlined our processes, improving overall efficiency and reducing manual workloads. It has enhanced workflow automation, allowing us to complete tasks faster and with fewer errors. This has resulted in smoother operations and better coordination across team.
Inconvénients :
- Other tabs do not load content until they are actively opened, which causes delays. It would improve efficiency if the tabs preloaded content to reduce waiting times when switching between them - The dashlet currently opens within the same tab, which can make navigation less efficient. It would be beneficial if the dashlet (list indicator) opened in a new tab to allow users to easily switch between different lists without navigating back and forth within the dashboard.
ATS - Financial Industry
Commentaires : Overall, as long as you have clearly defined requirements and vision of the future-state and have dedicated resources to thoroughly test the application, you might want to give Avature a try. Avature is a powerful engine if you know what you are looking for and if you are able to establish the right way of communicating this to the implementation team.
Avantages :
Flexibility to solve for "modern" times problems
Inconvénients :
Lack of QA from the Avature implementation team Changes being pushed that are not well managed with users. Assigned Account Managers should make sure clients are aware of the change, when it is coming and how that impacts functionality of the solution. Easter-egg hunting syndrome. We do not know we have certain features (and it only takes them a minute to enable it) until we ask or raise a struggle to Avature. Could be a frustrating experience.
Powerful, mature, and flexible system
Commentaires : Overall, I am very content with our Avature platform. It's helped us create many automations and efficiencies.
Avantages :
The incredible amount of flexibility. There's many different challenges you can throw at Avature, and almost all of them can be solved. It's really powerful and mature.
Inconvénients :
Because there's so much you can do, the learning curve is quite step. Also, features have extended capabilities, but it does happen every now and then that you are stuck with a trade-off, as every workaround you find has at least some limitation. Albeit often limited, it's often a shame that you can get close to perfection, but then something obvious could be missing. This happens especially with new functionality, where the first release is very limited.
Impressive, excited for future developments

Avantages :
Avature is highly modular, extensible, and scalable. It's a great mixture of self-service and admin driven features. I'm impressed with how the ongoing enhancements close functionality gaps, and open up new use cases. The Avature team is clearly committed to enhancing the product and solving user pain points.
Inconvénients :
There are some bugs with things like lists and table fields in records. I would also like to see more enhancements to the custom report builder functionality. One example would be a custom color palette for visuals. Another would be some additional functions (mean), and the ability to nest aggregate functions which proves to be a limit for advanced analytics. I also think there's an opportunity for natural language processing (NLP) driven analytic and list capabilities.
Great customisation and Functionality
Commentaires : Very good, as the system lead, I'll be advising my business to stick with Avature for the long run
Avantages :
Incredibly configurable, when you ask if something is possible the answer is almost yes. It also allows the system leads (like me) to self-service a lot of changes. The Admin UI is very intuitive and there's heaps of learning content and support.
Inconvénients :
At times we hit pinch points with centralised teams on projects and changes. We only need to engage with these teams for certain large projects and integrations.
One step to be the best!

I like it the way it serve as an advancement of candidate data storage, and platform to co-work on mandate with recruiter globally.
But it feels like there is a lot potential on candidate engagement, and integration with other platform to be unleashed. In another word, good job to Avature that we're relying more on Avature than other applications, and hope Avature could incorporate other configurations soon.
Avantages :
Its configuration design is very relevant to recruiter - how we split pipeline/company/ people and etc, and therefore it's easy to understand and use.
Inconvénients :
It doesn't seem to connect with other platform (LinkedIn, Workday in China) well, which leads to a lot of manual works importing and exporting data.

Avantages :
Easy to use and there are so many features

The only thing I have for a con is I wish there was a way to be able to send a translated email, (English to Spanish specifically), individually and not in mass actions. Like an as need basis.

The modern technology and flexibility in it´s configuration allows users to dream and design big.

Avantages :
Avature is incredibly customizable. We selected Avature because we wanted to build in specific checkpoints and capture specific data points in our recruiting process and no other system could support our requirements like Avature can.
Inconvénients :
The company is very siloed and it's extremely challenging to get the right help and customer service. You have to just get lucky that the person you are connected with happens to know how to solve your exact problem, otherwise you essentially don't get help.

Commentaires : Overall, it has been very positive! While we are still in the implementation stage we have been impressed with option to customize just about everything we need to be specific to our use case. We are excited for how this change to Avature will impact our team immediately and in the long term!
Avantages :
Automation, ability to customize to your business need and configure processes in multiple ways. All of the features and functionality to help you work smarter and not harder.
Inconvénients :
We cannot rename certain fields/sections or even folder/records to be a name that works for us. For instance, ideally we would have called a record/folder 'Restaurant' but were not able to do that. Access to certain system permissions without completing a certification class.

Commentaires : Avature has helped us bring all of Talent Acquisition into one product, in one instance. We have achieved our goal of 'One Team, One System' in Avature. We now have the ability to expand an enhance our reporting and dashboard capabilities, streamline our sourcing and screening of candidates utilizing AI, and create a cohesive, top-notch candidate and hiring team experience.
Avantages :
Avature's ATS and CRM functionalities are incredibly configurable and can accommodate a very diverse set of business capabilities. This has allowed us to create an instance that offers optionality, while keeping the various business processes in the same Product. This has been a game changer for our Talent Acquisition group!
Inconvénients :
Avature's interviewing scheduling is quite manual - infusing this process with some AI, if possible, to make it a bit more user-friendly and automated would be helpful for us.
Avature
Commentaires : The ability for users to Self Report is superior to other products. To be able to filter down by workflow step or any field filter, regardless of the object, make it easy for the user to configure their own reporting. Furthermore, Avature has and is willing to build custom integrations for many 3rd party initiatives should their clients be interested in integrating say, a dialer, or, other data source. They are great to work with I have made career decisions on my ability to work with and support Avature.
Avantages :
I've had 7 years experience implimenting Avature, and, the unfortunate experience of sunsetting Avature in favor of what turned out to be a far inferior (though a very popular) product (with another company). Avature's ability to report data, customize workflow and field configurations, and, the ability to utilize data outside of the platform is second to none. It's highly customizable, user-friendly, and, easy to train. There is no need for 3 part apps, with additional costs, and while some features have additional costs within Avature, the value is superior to those with 3rd party Apps. Avature is constantly improving their product, rolling out enhancements, and, thinking ahead to provided what is needed for true AWS achievement.
Inconvénients :
While there are some cons, like, accessing large table data in a raw format for BI integration, Avature is working on overcoming that with Avature 8/Endpoints. Because Avature is so customizable, no two instances are alike, and, this can be more difficult for standardization and training initiatives, but, there are prescriptive restrictions that can be placed on users and admin type roles to avoid customization where desired.

User friendly with powerful customization and configuration abilities
Commentaires : Overall, it's been a great collaborative experience with the Avature team, particularly during implementations. Our solution specialists have helped with creative ideas to our unique business issues. Once we moved over to our account team, the response times have been delayed and change requests have been taking much longer than expected to resolve.
Avantages :
As a system admin, the options and capabalities are endless. A savvy admin can configure a workflow, forms, emails, datasets, and more on their own. The workflows, either in the ATS or CRM, can be customized for each of our unique business needs.
Inconvénients :
The AI and advanced automation features are lacking. The tools are on the roadmap, but compared to their competitors they're behind. As an admin the inability to reassign or correct schema ids is frustrating, given we have multiple integration points with other systems.

Natural Feel - easy to adopt by the every day user.
Avantages :
The Avature UI is very sleek and clean; it feels natural. The usability is built for simplicity while offering customization for the user. The roadmap since I have been using it has been set up to deliver more features to users and non-developers which has been great to delivery agile results with little implementation timeline and resources.
Inconvénients :
The platform is very customizable, but we tend to hit our record limits with lists, reports and dashboards that requires more developing of smaller chunks of data to get the values to generate versus creating a single large level widget for admins or senior leaders to review.
The most customizable tool in the market
Avantages :
Most of Avature's features and product solutions have the ability to customize for customers to get the most out of the tool. Processes can easily be improved as the tool can mold to the customer's needs. It has the ability to be agile in a would of constant change.
Inconvénients :
The reporting features of a tool are typically difficult to understand and Avature is no different but they have many support options to get customers up to speed on how to navigate the reporting functionality.

Commentaires : Avature is outstanding. You can use it for really any Recruiting, Onboarding and even Off-Boarding use case there is. Great tool and great support.

Best ATS I've Used!
Commentaires : Avature has so much to offer in linking multiple systems - I know that a big business problem at my company is trying to ensure that we are being as efficient as possible in everything we do, and Avature really helps us do this by saving time and effort.
Avantages :
Avature is probably the most all-encompassing ATS I've had the opportunity to utilize throughout my time in recruitment. The features are so vast and customizable that it's easy to set up dashboards and reporting in a way that will allos your team to work out of the system in nearly every functionality you may need.
Inconvénients :
Avature is really not at all user-friendly. It takes extensive training to learn how to create lists and reports, as well as how to generally access many basic functions. Once you learn everything it's an amazingly intuitive system! But getting there is difficult and takes quite a lot of time.
Avature ATS system
Commentaires : We work both in and out of the United States and have been able to optimize the candidate application and interview process around the world, taking all country-specific rules into consideration. The system also integrates well with our employee management system for onboarding management.
Avantages :
This entire system is customizable. The workflows, forms, portals, and events are all easily customizable to work for your unique company. I appreciate that I can make many changes independently, but the tech support team is always available to assist when I do not have the capacity to do something. They also offer plenty of training videos which has helped me train new team members and learn more myself.
Inconvénients :
There are some elements that seem behind in the times compared to other software systems, but Avature is constantly releasing updates, and they're great about listening to their customers. If people voice their opinion, the Avature team will thoughtfully consider your suggestions.

Commentaires : Avature is by far my favorite ATS software that I have worked with in my career. Not only that, but they do a great job with bi-weekly system enhancements and staying at the top of the curve when it comes to functionality and features that will keep your recruiting organization at the forefront of the industry.
Avantages :
Two of my favorite features of Avature are the ability to automate and customize. When implementing this system you have the ability to match the software to your business model and processes. You can also apply automation in a number of ways to enable an increase in productivity for your Recruiting and HR organizations.
Inconvénients :
With tons of features and flexibility it's all about knowing and figuring out the best way to do what you want. Sometimes you will encounter issues based on an initial configuration that will take a good amount of work to resolve and get you from point A to B, but nevertheless the system can do a ton!
Flexible and mature product
Avantages :
The flexibility which can cater to almost any use case imagineable. The building blocks (datamodel, datasets, forms, workflows, etc.) of the platform make sense, and allow for highly customised and unique processes.
Inconvénients :
It's difficult to understand and set up everything at first, as there is so much that can be done. Also, you have to request additional permissions to gain more power. But they tend to only give these permissions when you request them, however you can't request what you don't know. So this is best to discuss with your account manager, and then they are happy to walk through it together.
CRM that lets you build it your way
Commentaires : Despite any negatives or less-than-five-star features, I am an Avature evangelist in a world of folks trying to be "tech-agnostic." That doesn't mean I don't also like other products, but Avature's ease of use has made me look smart in more than a few situations.
Avantages :
The versatility and ease of use with Avature's workflow builder sets it apart from its competition. When I'm confronted with any type of recruitment process issue - even outside of its normal use - my first question is, "How might Avature improve this process?"
Inconvénients :
Integration with LinkedIn would be a huge improvement, but Avature may not be to blame. Resume parsing is decent, but the evolution of matching (and "AI," whatever that means this month) may not have been prioritized on the developer story list as highly as it should.

Overall a good solution for our team
Commentaires : The ability for our team from various locations to manage leads and follow a single process.
Avantages :
Avature has a clean aesthetic and has features that have modernized our recruitment team. I enjoy being able to customize fields to fit our needs, from building forms to the reporting functionality of lists. It has been good for our team to all use a standard platform for communication and processes. We have also appreciated the work the Avature team has done to create custom portals that are set up for our unique circumstances.
Inconvénients :
The customization is nice, but also a challenge. My team hasn't been able to get a full menu of services to really know all of our options. We have the Avature CRM and we've been told how we can have full customization, but then when we start to explore getting certain features, we're told that they're only available for Avature ATS. Things have worked out for our group, but it does seem like there's room for Avature to have more consistency. My team is also finding that the customer service is sporadic, especially after implementation.
Looks easier to customise than it is
Commentaires : After 2 years of original implementation qe continue working on customisation and improvement. Most of our needs have been met and we are now in a good place to start taking more advantage of the tool.
Avantages :
Avature is very user friendly and allows for customisation their competitors not often offer, making it a good option across several company needs.
Inconvénients :
Although Avature focuses on product customisation, many of it carries additional cost, making the base CRM option not quite meet customisation's future expectations. Customer service don't address questions/issues that the sales team originally does address very well, making the post implementation experience quite a different affair as the sales/implementation one.
