Great If You're An Established Seller

Avantages :

I appreciated the free education, training, and support that was offered in the subscription. It was also easy to use for a first-time e-commerce seller.

Inconvénients :

The cost. When you're just starting out your e-commerce business, it is very expensive to pay $100/month when you're not scaled enough to utilize all of the features this software has to offer.

Modern Version of Jungle Scout

Commentaires : The overall experience with Helium 10 has been fantastic, simply put, sure you could possibly find a platform that better suits your needs, possibly, but you can't go wrong with Helium 10 for certain.

Avantages :

When I say modern version of jungle scout, it shouldn't be automatically assumed that that means better, although it could for you. Helium 10 offers a lot of the same functionality of jungle scout and their overlay chrome extension is top notch. That piece of Helium 10 is what truly brought me to Helium 10, I couldn't say which is better between Helium 10's extension and Junglescout's, they do a lot of the same functions, but what I can say is that you won't find any better than those two. If you're currently deciding which ecommerce research tool to use, I would say Helium 10 definitely deserves to be in the number 1 or number 2 position, and when it comes right down to it, when you have a platform as nice as Helium 10's that rivals jungle scout's as much as it does, all that is left is preference. That being said, I am more of a Jungle scout man, but you can't go wrong with Helium 10.

Inconvénients :

I would say the thing I didn't like about Helium 10 (and again, this is only because i have to choose something I don't like, the platform is all-around great). Is the "success score", it feels a little under developed, I am no programmer and could be completely wrong about that. It is completely possible that I feel this way simply because I have seen Jungle Scout's niche score system, and it is fantastic, but I would say that would be one of the only cons I have had with Helium 10. But don't let that discourage you, if Helium 10 is the platform you are gunning for, both are great, and I would say choosing between the Jungle Scout's niche score system and Helium 10's success score system is a little bit more than just preference, I think Jungle scout's is inherently better, at least by a little, but that small of a difference, over one functionality should most definitely not be the deciding factor.

Started Plan = Scam

Commentaires : I have been a Platinum ($99/mo) customer for 5 years in the past. Now I've tried it back with the Starter Plan and found that Helium10 turned into a scam company, that makes you sign up but doesn't provide usable software until you upgrade the top tier. They claim that everything is explained very well in their terms and conditions, so that can keep it unclear and shady on their website. I was a fan of this software, now it became a joke. Stay away from it and use one of the many other options for Amazon keyword research out there.

Avantages :

Keyword research tool and sales estimate are critical features. They use the exact same data as other e-commerce and Amazon software but Helium 10 has scammy subscription plans that force you to upgrade in order to actually use the features that they claim to be available in the other subscription tiers. That is not the case with other well known Amazon software options.

Inconvénients :

The subcription tiers are a scam made to get your money and force you to upgrade to the top tier in order to actually use the keyword research software. Customer support is horrible. I asked for a refund literally 2 minutes after activating the Starter Plan and they refused.

Good information, but slow

Commentaires : I used it to see prices on ASINS as an end consumer and a seller. I liked to see if it were at a high or potentially might drop. I also liked to see how certain products performed over time and trends versus my products.

Avantages :

I loved how I could search different keywords being used, sales, analytics, etc. of other ASINS that were not my own. I loved the Chrome plugin on product pages that tracked sales, pricing, rank, etc. This was my favorite feature and one that i used the most.

Inconvénients :

Honestly, what I liked least was the Chrome Plugin's consistency. It was my favorite feature to use...when it would work. It was great at first, then it started slowing down my page. Then it stopped showing up altogether. I eventually uninstalled it. If it were reliable, then I would have kept using it.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS CRAP

Easy to use they are not customer focused.

Inconvénients :

Customer service is unacceptable. I wanted to cancel the subscription; they suggested I pause it instead, which I agreed to. I thought: why not, if I ever wanted to restart again, I will just notify them. Little did I know, they restarted my subscription without my consent 3 months later. Within less than 24 hours I asked for refund. They refused to issue the refund for something that I didn't even use. Instead they suggested to issue credits for that amount. Unbelievable... And from reading other reviews, I can see other people had the same issue... This is absurd. Never had a company refuse to issue a refund for a product or service that I didn't use.

Back my money!

Great for Finding Amazon Products

Commentaires : This is likely one of the best tools to have for anyone selling on Amazon, but I use it mainly for product research for e-commerce and dropshipping.

Avantages :

This is my favorite tool to use for finding unsaturated products on Amazon to sell on TikTok.

They didn't have a monthly pay option when I signed up, only annual. This may have changed by now.

Full-featured Amazon ecommerce software

Commentaires : I've had a very good experience with Helium10 and I'd easily recommend the Platinum plan. The Diamond plan is a bit overpriced for what you get as you just get the ADS software, which is fairly good, but it's becoming less useful as Amazon is building out more and more functionality in their Advertising console. I find that I don't use the ADS tool much.

Avantages :

Helium10 offers the full range of tools that you'd need for market research and running a business on Amazon. Since it's pretty much all you need it's handy that you don't have to look elsewhere for one tool here, another tool there. Most of the tools are quite accurate – accurate enough to make important decisions regarding product selection – and provide a significant amount of data.

Inconvénients :

A couple of the tools, like the inventory analyzer, are inaccurate, though they're not the important ones. Their customer service can take a really long time to respond to some issues, particularly ones that involve billing (sometimes it can be weeks rather than days).

If You Are Not Using Helium 10 for Your Amazon Business, You Don't Have an Amazon Business

By far the most comprehensive, cost-effective, feature-rich Amazon seller tool platform available. The team at Helium 10 has not taken their foot off the gas of refining their great set of Amazon seller tools. There is not another seller tool platform in their class.

Inconvénients :

There is nothing I don't like about Helium 10. The only thing on my wishlist is they develop an integrated social media platform that works with Helium 10 Portals and our website. I would like it to include a link rotator. They have already knocked other items off my wish list like inventory management/forecasting, profit/financial reporting, and PPC ad management.

Used to be great

I use Helium primarily for kw research and listing writing, it used to be second to none in these areas.

Inconvénients :

They limited the number of kw's that can be imported into Scribbles...this is just ridiculous I need far more than the 1000 limit, this makes my life difficult. Another thing...there should be a better choice for feature subscriptions, I use Cerebro, frankenstein, scribbles and kw tracker that is it, I don't need the rest.

Almost ALL THAT YOU NEED for an Amazon Business

Commentaires : My experience with H10 is great. It's a perfect business deal. I mean they over-delivery, most of the time. The add little or big improvements that matter and they try to be in the first line with almost the complete package for an Amazon business.

It's very easy to use and has a lot of options. But it's XRay that makes my life very easy and the Profits helps me to see how my business is doing.

Inconvénients :

I wish that you get us a chance to try the new ads and to offer feedback, because I use another soft for that, and I don't know if the ADS beta works as good as that, or if the formulas are so easy to implement.

The full package - Best available

Commentaires : It has been a critical tool for us to have success within Amazon. We use nearly all features and without them we would have either taken much longer to achieve our goals or we would have missed opportunities.

It has everything you need in Amazon software - you really dont need to have any other software. They are also constantly updating and adding new features.

At time of writing this, there really are no cons - I would like to see a few extra search features added to the chrome extension in line with the competition.

some functionality glitches. I often have my COGS changing due to negotiations or supply shortages so when I go to change those prices they rarely actually update. I've been told it can take as long as 6 hours for them to redo in the system but they don't. I'll get reports and sometimes have to do a double take because the margins aren't correct and then I realize .... oh the new price is wrong.
