> **Avantages**: Easy to use and implement. Sync's well with QB's desktop. Good job and time management.  Allows us to send invoices the day after the job is completed

> **Inconvénients**: Would be nice if it could have a bill reader to add costs to jobs
Also it would be good if BuildOps would allow us to to do price adjustments by importing updated pricing instead of going through the data team

> Very good experience. Easy to create an invoice from a job or just a simple invoice for a cash sale.
Tech support and training are second to none\!

The customer support we receive from \[sensitive content hidden\] is also a huge help to us.

> **Inconvénients**: Too many steps to create a Purchase Order. Having to add the same property multiple times for each customer. We have multiple customers that will send us to the same property and we have to add the same property. It would be great if the property was created once so all the history of the property from the different customers would show up for our technicians to see.

> The on boarding was a horrible experience with our initial implementation team. Once we were assigned \[sensitive content hidden\] things have become so much better, they both went above and beyond to fix the many issues we were experiencing.

> **Avantages**: The dashboard are easily customizable\! Once it is setup you don't have to spend hours searching for some information. Also, \[sensitive content hidden\] is so helpfull\! for small question he always have the right answer so we don't need to bother support only for small information\! Support is quick to reply (sometimes less than 10 minutes and I've been answered\! ) The payments section is clear and easily useable by seeing all invoices for one customer and to keep track of the payment if a payment agreement is done with a customer. When we sent Live with BuildOps, it took me only a week to learn how to use it\!

> **Inconvénients**: Some things should be easily customizable but arent, like the Pay Application. And the fact that once something is exported to our accounting system, can't be exported again if some modification were done.

> I love BuildOps, his Dashboard, the notes that you can leave on everything, the project dashboard, almost everything\!\!

> **Avantages**: All around efficiency for the entire team. Once you have taken the time to learn the product it works great. The support system from the account managers is great as well, they are very responsive and quick to help.

> Overall our experience was great. It took a few months to make a final decision to go with BuildOps but I am happy we committed to them. The BuildOps customer support team is especially great.

> **Inconvénients**: My technicians and some of the customers complain about glitches that can sometimes happen when using technology .
