We’ve got 35 bank accounts but only one place to hold the banking information for EFT because it’s housed in the wrong place it should be on the bank accounts and pulled into that task depending what bank you pull. Customization of reports is complex and not user friendly. Budgeting system is basic. Performance become slow with large datasets or many concurrent users. Add-ons are required for advanced features, increasing cost and complexity. Official support and documentation are often limited and not user friendly.
