I like that you can create bot chats with automation, but you can also point conversations directly to a member of your team. I also like that reps can chat out of the insent platform or out of Slack. Their analytics are also very useful for measuring and evaluating conversations. &#10;&#10;I love that the product team is constantly releasing improvements (their velocity is impressive\!) and that they seriously consider and quickly implement customer feedback. Our account manager, \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\], has been incredibly hands on and helpful, and has kept us moving forward, answering questions and helping us get set up and successful. I appreciate how proactive he is, and how he has gotten to know and understand our business and use case.

> **Inconvénients**: As a relatively new product, Insent is built to function for pretty straightforward use cases. There are some useful features that do not exist (yet). However, in being new, they are able to quickly and easily make product improvements.

They preconfigured the platform to allow us to get up and running quickly. They also incorporate our suggestions in their product cycle . Insent is a true partner\!
