For us the main purpose has changed over the time - when we started, the main idea was to get the overview of hours spent on each client. Later, as we implemented invoicing module, we realized that topic setup was not corresponding to our needs, so it needed to be reviewed and updated. However, redoing is not a problem in Uku - all your "old" data is stored safely and you can use it any time. > > Uku has optimized many our our processes. It has added efficiency and good analytical tools.
