Customer Support is fantastic and great for when you need help doing things in the software. > > **Inconvénients**: The accounting software is difficult to use if you make mistakes and there are a lot of steps to undo and re-do transactions. > > Overall, I've had a positive experience with Foundations. Tracking fuel purchases against equipment is very important for grading companies and it appears most places like to do it at the GL level instead of equipment level so it is nice that it works directly in the system. > > **Inconvénients**: There is a large amount of inflexibility with Foundation. Custom reports are very limited and even though you capture a lot of information at all levels of operation there is not an easy to way to get the information you want. We also haven't seen a quality of life Software improvement in 7 years and it has largely stayed the same.
