Once you get familiar with the dashboard, the prompts and reminders lighten the workload as well as all the automations. Entrata also offers mini products such as renters insurance and energy benchmarking allowing us to work out of the same software 98% of the time. Not mentioning the amazing customer service would be a travesty. From the call-center service staff to our CSM and migration team, we have experienced incredibly pleasant and helpful people ready to assist. > > **Inconvénients**: Occasionally, the system will run slowly, which of course impacts our entire company’s productivity. If it's just one or two documents, that's not too bad, but sometimes I'm uploading four or more items, and it slows me down when I'm trying to get my work done.
