> Our firm engaged with APIWorx in 2023 to establish a connection between GSA Advantage\! and Sage Intacct in order to import orders for our team to process.  The professional developers at API Worx were able to create an integration that maps the somewhat complex GSA Purchase Orders into Intacct, including steps such as:  creating the customer; creating the shipping address (accounting for one-off special address situations); creating the part numbers; creating custom units of measure when necessary; and integrating with our credit card processer to sync credit cards into our processor’s secure environment, and back down into Intacct to the order level.   This process has sped up our order processing time immensely and given us confidence that orders are more accurate since it eliminates much of the potential for human error.  Any time we have had to communicate with APIWorx for technical assistance, their team has been helpful and responsive to our inquiries.   We are now working with APIWorx on a different integration that we anticipate will be as efficient as our initial experience.

> **Avantages**: Ability to integrate multiple platforms via API or FTP integrations.  They are able to use big platforms like Amazon and Shopify and integrate with 3PL and Order Management Platforms that may require customization to operate accurately.

> **Inconvénients**: The team is great at APIWORX.  They communicate very well and are quick to implement, and trouble shoot any issues.  The only downside is most of the developer are offshore from North America, so sometimes you have to wait for updates overnight.  That said they often work around your schedule as needed.
> 
> Good experience.  The software does what it's supposed to do, and even more importantly there communication and customer service is on point.
