When I tried to cancel my contract on the day of renewal it was impossible to reach a person and the automated chats did not provide real service to resolve my issue nor help me with cancellation information. When you attempt to discontinue service it is impossible to make contact with a real person who can help you. Emails and online AI chats are all I received for customer service. > > Overall the product was as advertised. The customer service while attempting to discontinue my service was non-existent. I would not recommend this company for anyone starting out especially if you decide to discontinue service. Plan ahead and start the cancellation of service in advance.
