With our office moving to a less paper/ more digital environment, my department has been able to reduce paper use as well as save so much more time. In addition, I receive the signed contracts back in a much timelier manner. Love it\!

> **Avantages**: Nothing yet.  The upload of a document to turn in to a pdf is straight forward enough but the tab feature does not work correctly.  It's all over the place and causes confusion.

> **Inconvénients**: Doesn't work as presented and when developers get involve to "fix" an issue - it's worse\! So done waiting for them to fix the tab feature, the selfie feature and the pdf link feature.
> 
> After sale CS and onboarding is terrible.  They take forever to get back to you with fixes and when they notify that the issue is resolved - it's not.  The fix is worse than the original issue.  Example: Selfie now does not allow for a selfie but must upload a document.  UGH\!\!

If you're familiar with other major e-sign platforms, it might take a little time to adjust to BlueInk’s interface, but you'll get the hang of it quickly.
